AFL WAG Rebecca Judd reveals her shockphobia and how it saved her on The Amazing Race

Rebecca Judd discussed the surprising benefit of having a germaphobia on Wednesday, revealing it helped her stay safe while filming The Amazing Race in India.

The 40-year-old AFL WAG told KIIS FM’s Jase & Lauren that bringing along a stack of medicines and vitamins kept her from contracting a nasty virus.

“When I found out we were going to India, because I was a complete germaphobe, my sister and I should have seen our first aid kit, half of it was medicine,” she said.

She explained that taking immune supplements regularly saved the siblings from a painful stomach flu that the other teams contracted.

“I had more meds than the doctor on the show. People were going left, right and center in India and Kate and I were the only team that didn’t do it ourselves.”

“It was hard for everyone to say that we were overreacting, but we were one of the few teams that weren’t really tearing through India,” she added proudly.

Bec is participating in the upcoming season of The Amazing Race with her sister Kate.

Last month, Bec shared a confrontational trailer for the show on social media, complaining about dead rats and digging through animal manure.

“As a total germaphobe, I wasn’t expecting all the (poop emoji) and (vomit emoji) but it was still the time of our lives,” she wrote.

Bec went on to say how proud she was to fight for her friend Nicole Cooper and Impatient Advocacy, her favorite charity.

A trailer of Bec in the show shows her swapping heels for sneakers while she goes out dirty and dirty with some farm animals.
