It comes after the Browns announced their move to the Gold Coast in April.

Kylie grew up on the Gold Coast and the Browns were based there before moving to Melbourne.

The glamorous couple, who married in 2008, have three children – daughters Olivia (13) and Maisie (8) and son Jack (10).

News of the sale comes after the shock announcement last month that Brown had been sacked from the North Melbourne Kangaroos Football Club.

Brown said he was not paid as a member of the coaching staff.
