The former Brisbane Lions great, 41, bought the property with his beauty therapist wife in 2019 for $7.3 million, reports Herald Sun.

She later became a popular radio star as co-host of Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Brownie in Melbourne.
It comes after the Browns announced their move to the Gold Coast in April.

News of the sale comes after the shock announcement last month that Brown had been sacked from the North Melbourne Kangaroos Football Club.
Brown said he was not paid as a member of the coaching staff.
