Quick-thinking Sydney WAG Paris Tier has successfully tracked down a man who allegedly stole her car, leading to police catching him red-handed in a dramatic arrest.

Tier, the girlfriend of GWS Giants player Conor Stone, traveled to Melbourne for the AFL grand final weekend on Thursday but woke up on Friday morning to find her VW Golf had been taken.

When she tried to buy a bagel, Tier immediately realized her car wasn’t where it should have been.

“I just wanted a bagel but my car got stolen,” she captioned a TikTok she made of herself during the ordeal.

Luckily, Tier’s iPad was in the back of the car and she was able to track it, which led her to a car park about 15 minutes away in Wheelers Hill in the east of the city.

Tier looked inside the car and saw that a man was sleeping inside, so she called the police to resolve the situation.

Officers arrived on the scene and had to break a window at the front of the car to arrest the man.

Tier posted a video to TikTok detailing the dramatic scenes, which ended with the alleged thief being handcuffed as he lay on the ground.

Victoria Police confirmed a man has been arrested following an alleged car theft.

“It is alleged the perpetrator stole a white Volkswagen hatchback from a property on Washington Avenue between 10:30pm and 8am,” Victoria Police said in a statement.

‘The vehicle was later spotted on Jells Road in Wheelers Hill at around 8.30am on Friday, September 27 with the alleged perpetrator inside.

“The man reportedly refused to get out of the vehicle, so officers smashed the car window and arrested him at the scene.
