Aussie brand releases perfect dupe of Chanel’s top selling $200 perfume – and it won’t break the bank
Shoppers are obsessed with a brand new ‘luxury for less’ perfume line – with a Chanel-inspired bestseller selling for just $35.
Australian brand Aerre, which is made in France, recently launched Call It Fate ($35), which thousands are calling the “perfect imitation” of Chanel’s Chance fragrance ($198).
“These smell exactly like the designer brands, I’ll never want to wear anything else again,” said one online shopper.
Aerre also has several other fragrances inspired by Tom Ford, Creed, Baccarat Rouge 540, Le Labo and more.
Australians claim the affordable brand is their ultimate trick for ‘smelling expensive but not paying top dollar’.
Call It Fate has notes of pink pepper, jasmine and patchouli, wrapped in a base of white musk and vanilla.
Many claim that Aerre perfumes are long-lasting. One of them said that the scent was ‘still as fresh 12 hours later’ as when it was first applied.
“I’m so obsessed with these perfumes. I have so many people complimenting me on how good I smell. That’s never happened to me in my entire life,” said one influencer online.

Perfumes aren’t the only counterfeit products Australians have been obsessed with lately.
Australians are increasingly turning to affordable brands for versions of popular designer clothes as the country slowly emerges from the cost of living crisis.
Cotton On recently released a pair of affordable $70 heels that are an “exact carbon copy” of the $200 Tony Bianco shoes, prompting them to be dubbed the “shoes of the season.”

Kmart also surprised shoppers with a $40 version of a $4,000 designer trench coat — and it goes with everything.
Thousands of people have opted for the Everlast Airstyer ($280) from Australian brand BondiBoost over the expensive Dyson Airwrap ($849) since its launch.
Many shared their thoughts online about Aerre’s affordable fragrances.
“If you want to be the girl everyone remembers, this is the perfume for you,” someone said about Call It Fate.
“I will never buy expensive perfume again,” wrote another.
“I’m tired of people spending $300+ on perfumes that don’t even last,” someone added. “These aren’t expensive and they smell amazing.”
