Adorable moment Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes make young cancer survivor’s day… as superstar Chiefs pair pose for photos – and sign a shirt hailing ‘Taylor Swift’s boyfriend’

Chiefs fans are praising Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and their teammates for taking the time to talk to a young cancer survivor.

A Make-A-Wish boy named Jackson visited the Kansas City headquarters with his family Tuesday during preseason training, where he chatted with players and coach Andy Reid.

“The boys got to spend some time yesterday with Make-A-Wish boy Jackson, who after seven aggressive treatments was recently able to say he is officially cancer-free,” the Chiefs captioned an adorable video on X.

‘How are you man?’ Mahomes asked the youngster, who was decked out in Chiefs merchandise.

Kelce said, “Guys and guys, give me some love,” as he high-fived the kids.

“The boys got to spend some time with Make-A-Wish boy Jackson,” the Chiefs wrote on X

“Did you enjoy the day?” the tight end asked.

A separate clip showed Reid placing a cap on Jackson’s head, before putting another hat on backwards.

“Then they don’t know whether you’re coming or going,” he said matter-of-factly.

Running back Isiah Pacheco was also seen sitting low to talk to the kids as they posed for photos in the players’ helmets.

One of the children, believed to be Jackson’s sister, also showed off her t-shirt that read Kelce, aka “Taylor Swift’s boyfriend.”

‘Awesome! So happy for that family and Jackson! Class act from the @Chiefs,” a fan commented on the clip.

“Then they won’t know if you’re coming or going,” Andy Reid said matter-of-factly.

“If I tried, I couldn’t pick a favorite part of this video. Everyone treated them with such warmth and kindness. The world needs more of this,” said another.

A third commented, “Mahomes and Pacheco getting down to the kids’ level would rather tower over them,” while another fan wrote, “What a way to celebrate Jackson’s milestone! Go chefs!!”

Earlier in the day, defensive tackle Chris Jones emphasized that Kelce still has “four or five” playing years ahead of him.

‘We can’t let TK go. It’s like we’re retiring, we have to retire together. Give me at least six, four years and we’ll talk about it,” he said, when asked about retirement rumors swirling around the tight end.

For his part, Kelce said he wants to keep playing “until the wheels fall off.”

‘I really can’t put a time frame on (retirement). I enjoy going to work every day,” he said this week The Athletics.

“Hopefully that doesn’t happen anytime soon,” he continued.

“Obviously I know there are opportunities for me outside of football. You gotta keep in mind that I’m still a little kid when I walk into this building, man.

‘I know I’m 34 years old, but I love doing this here, in the middle of the June heat. I enjoy going to work every day.’
