Donald Trump’s four-year-old granddaughter rushed to show him her classroom desk as he took time off from campaigning to go to her school on Grandparents Day.
The former president, 77, held Carolina’s hand during the visit Wednesday and she led him through the halls.
Footage was captured of the moment Carolina, the daughter of Eric and Lara Trump, showed her grandfather her desk.
Her mother, Lara, shared the video on social media and wrote: “If the top priority is to show grandpa your desk at school.”
“Strong team for Biggest Friends Day!”, she captioned the post.

Trump, who is currently the Republican frontrunner for the 2024 presidential nomination, has five children and 10 grandchildren.
The video shows Trump wearing a navy blue suit, white shirt and red tie, holding hands with Carolina as they navigate the school hallways. The young child, dressed in her school uniform, then takes charge and takes the former president through the doors of her classroom.
She then pauses for a moment and her mother can be heard saying, “Hey Carolina, show him your desk.” Show Grandpa.”
Carolina quickly lets go of her grandfather’s hand and points to her desk as Trump crouches down and puts his arm around her shoulder.
The video ends there, but Lara shared a separate photo of Carolina with him posing with her teacher.
Trump is leading the race for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024, but took a break from the campaign to hang out with Carolina.
He held a campaign rally in Claremont, New Hampshire, on Saturday afternoon, just days after skipping the GOP’s third 2024 presidential primary debate.
Trump used the event to take a swipe at his political rival, President Joe Biden, for being “confused” and hitting walls after another embarrassing stunt during a Veterans Day service.
“We have a man in the White House who can’t put two sentences together and who can’t find his way off this stage,” former President Trump told the packed crowd.
His comments came hours after 80-year-old Biden suffered an embarrassing moment of confusion when he stumbled over the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
It has been revealed that Trump would expand his first-term immigration policy to include large-scale roundups of people to be held in large camps awaiting deportation if he is re-elected in 2024.
Trump used the Claremont meeting to mock his political rival Biden, whom he continually called “crooked.”

“He would be confused because I think my audience behind me is bigger than my audience in front of me,” he told the crowd.
‘He would say: what should I do, where am I. What kind of strange speaking place is this? I’m sitting in the middle of a room.
“Did you ever see the end of his speech? He has no idea how to get out. You have a staircase there, jump off the front, do whatever, but don’t run into a wall.
‘He walks into walls. But this is the man we are negotiating with Putin and President Xi of China. This is who we have in charge of nuclear energy.”
Trump is currently in the middle of a civil fraud case over the business practices of his family real estate company.
The lawsuit accuses him of inflating the value of apartment towers, golf courses and other assets to obtain better financing terms.
On Wednesday, he urged a New York judge to declare a mistrial in a $250 million civil fraud case.
Lawyers for Trump argued in court filings that the conduct of Judge Arthur Engoron, who is overseeing the case, and his law clerk showed they were biased against the defendants.
However, according to legal experts, there is a good chance that the former president will receive a new trial.
