Raven, who is the official photographer for Adele’s residency, sadly lost her mother Leigh after the run of Las Vegas shows kicked off last weekend.

She wrote, “I am so honored to be your daughter. You are and forever will be the axis on which my world revolves. I am so proud to have you as a mother and I will continue to live the life you wanted me to live. Your personality was gigantic.

“Your legacy will live in every room I walk into. The list of things I will miss about you is endless, but I am so thankful that our love and life together was so detailed. I remember and know everything. Our love was loud and reactive.

“Thank you for teaching me how to be myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I miss you already, but it’s good to know you’re no longer in pain. You waited for me. Even in your last moments you still took care of me.

You lived for me and I will LIVE for you. Forever Leigh’s daughter. I hope you’re having a Margarita on the rocks with extra lime, no salt, with grandma and boo and uncle dom.

‘Your drink just like your personality. I love you. Guide me forever, it’s never goodbye because you live in me.’

It comes after Adele finally kicked off her highly anticipated Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace last Friday.

The singer, who tearfully canceled her scheduled concerts at the last minute in January, managed to get through her first two-hour set of 20 songs in front of the nearly 4,100 spectators with barely a hitch.

During the spectacular show it rained, a piano was ‘set on fire’ on a waterbed and Adele shot T-shirts into the room with a plastic gun.

While she previously placed some of the blame on crew members suffering from COVID for delaying the original dates, she later claimed she was unhappy with the extravagant scale of the production.

It is believed she earns around £800,000 per night for the 32 night run. Favorites including Chasing Pavements and Rolling In The Deep aired, but the loudest cheers came as the screens lifted behind her to reveal the 24-piece string section and she called out Skyfall in true Bond-themed fashion.

When the singer finished her set, almost everyone in the audience had forgiven her. Heart-shaped confetti rained down and as she disappeared through a hatch in a hail of pink glitter, she silhouetted in typical fashion. “I have no idea what I’m getting into for five months,” she said, “but I can’t wait.”
