Adele reveals she has a ‘rock solid booty’ after ‘training like an athlete’ ahead of ‘f*****g enormous’ Munich residency as singer unveils ticket offer and teases surprising merch

Adele has revealed she has a “firm bum” after training “like an athlete” in preparation for her upcoming Munich residency, which will see her run “four or five miles a night” on stage.

The 36-year-old singer begins her 10-concert series on Friday at the purpose-built Munich Messe stadium and says she has been training “like crazy” to prepare for the “f*****g huge” concerts.

Adele has also revealed a €35 ticket offer for fans, as well as some surprise merchandise that will be available at the purpose-built 80,000-seater Messe Munich Stadium.

During one of her Weekends with Adele Las Vegas shows, she shared the following: ‘I’m back in the gym, doing two or three sessions a day.

“My a**e is getting rock hard again! I can move mountains with my ass. I’ve been training like crazy. The reason I’m training like an athlete again is because that stage is f****** huge.”

The singer begins her 10-concert series at the specially built Munich Messe stadium on Friday and says she has been training “like crazy” in preparation for the big concerts.

And then: ‘I’m back in the gym again, I’m doing two or three sessions a day’.

Adele also said that at her own request, she asked the organizers to build a special stage so she could connect with the audience.

They said, ‘I thought, “Build me a stage in the crowd,” and they said, “Well, we can’t get you up there unless you walk on a stage.”‘

‘[So] I think I can run a good four or five miles in a night, so I really need to build up my endurance!’.

Meanwhile, Adele introduced German candy brand Haribo, which has designed personalized sweets that she can buy at her concerts.

The assignment was to Instagram the Grammy winners’ photos of the heart-shaped gummy candies in bags that read “Love Adele.”

Writing: ‘Haribo has made me my own candy package, you can buy a package in the merchandise stores in Munich if you have a sweet tooth like me! It won’t be long now’.

Before the first show it was announced that a few lucky fans could get tickets for just €35 via Ticketmaster.

But the concertgoer will not know where they will sit or stand until the day of the performance.

The site states: ‘The ticket location will be assigned on the day of the performance, from the back row to the front standing room.’

‘€35 per ticket, all costs included. Once assigned, the location cannot be changed.

‘Maximum 2 tickets per person. Tickets must be collected in person at the box office on the day of the performance.

‘Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. There are a very limited number of Lucky Dip tickets available each week, once they’re gone, they’re gone!’

Adele In Munich, Adele’s second concert residency and first European show since 2016, starts on August 2 and ends on August 31.

An insider told The sun: ‘Adele has been thinking about what she’s going to do in Munich since April. She wants to converse with the crowd in German.

In the meantime, some lucky fans can get tickets for just €35 via a grab bag via Ticketmaster

But the concertgoer only knows on the day of the performance where he or she will sit or stand, according to the conditions on the site (see photo)

An insider said: ‘Adele has been thinking about what to do in Munich since April. She wants to speak to the crowd in German

‘And instead of telling a sentence here and there, she prepared entire sentences.

“She wants the audience to feel at home and show that she has made a respectful effort. But English fans need not worry. She will talk about her life and tell funny stories in her native language.”

Adele In Munich is a follow-up to her first concert residency Weekends With Adele, which ran in Las Vegas from 2022 to 2024.

Both residencies are accompanied by Adele’s fourth album, 30, released in 2021 and certified 4x platinum.

At 30, Adele became the first artist to win album of the year at the BRIT Awards three times.

The album’s lead single, Easy On Me, became Adele’s longest-running number one hit on the UK and US charts.

Adele In Munich, Adele’s second concert residency and first European show since 2016, starts on August 2 and ends on August 31.
