Adele broke down in tears as she saw the doctor who delivered her baby in the audience of her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace on Saturday evening.

The Hello singer, 35, dressed as Morticia Addams for Halloween as she sang When We Were Young from her album 25.

While performing the emotional song, Adele suddenly paused her concert when she saw a familiar face. She burst into tears as she rushed into the audience to give the doctor a hug.

Adele has a 10-year-old son, Angelo, from her three-year marriage to Simon Konecki and has said she is “ready to be a mother again soon.”

During weekend 33’s performance, Adele could be seen saying, “Shut up!” between the lines of the heartbreaking ballad, because she couldn’t believe what she was seeing.

“Oh my God, Colin! Oh my God! This is my doctor delivering my baby!

‘I have not seen you for ages!’ she exclaimed, pausing the song and running into the audience.

As Adele caught up with her long-lost friend, the tune continued to play in the background.

The Rolling In The Deep apologized to her fans for being caught up in the emotion.

‘Sorry!’ she said. ‘Will you sing it for me? That man delivered my baby!’

Fans on Twitter rushed to praise the touching moment and Adele’s sweet gesture to the doctor.

One said: ‘This is so heartwarming,’ while another said: ‘That’s just the coolest thing ever!’

It comes after Adele told fans she gets ‘a bit jealous’ of her online dating friends during a performance at Caesar Palace in Las Vegas.

The London-born hitmaker praised her other half – sports agent Rich Paul, 44 – but admitted she is jealous of her friends seeking romance on dating apps.

As someone who has never tried the booming internet dating platforms herself, Adele revealed that she met Rich at a party in LA – nothing short of the ‘old-school’ way.

‘It makes me a little jealous. I never really did online dating because it became a thing after I became famous. I’m with the love of my life, I’m obsessed with him,” the Hello hitmaker said.

‘We met the old-fashioned way. But sometimes I wish I had had that online courtship,” she admitted.

Adele and Rich have been dating for two years. They made their relationship public in July 2021 when they sat courtside together at an NBA game.

The Grammy winner has been wearing a pear-shaped diamond ring on her left ring finger for about a year.

When asked about it in the past, she noted that it wasn’t an engagement ring, she just likes luxury jewelry.

She met LeBron James’ agent on the dance floor at a mutual friend’s birthday party.

Adele has signed a deal to extend her sold-out Vegas shows for a second time, it was reported earlier this month.

The Hello hitmaker has signed a killer new deal to expand her sold-out shows across the pond once again, The sun has reported.

This will be the second time the show has been renewed. Fans are hoping that a world tour might be in the singer’s near future.

The series of shows, titled Weekends With Adele at Colosseum At Caesars Palace, is scheduled for will run until June 2024, after a short break next month, after her current stint ends the 4th of November.

The star rose back to the charts in 2021 with her fourth album 30 and has since sold out her Vegas residency.

A source told the publication: ‘Vegas is perfect Adele. It means she can regularly perform for her fans without having to have a life on the road.

“It’s only a short trip from LA once a week, so when she’s not on stage she can still be with her son Angelo

“An agreement has been reached on a second extension, which is expected to be announced during its final weekend next month.”
