One lucky gambler said he can now afford to get married after winning the $10.6 million Powerball.
The Adelaide ticket holder was the lone winner of the Powerball Division One award on Thursday night.
The winning numbers of Draw 1401 were 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, 25 and 26 while the Powerball was 15.
The Sommerton Park man said he couldn’t believe his luck and revealed how he would spend his money.
“I can finally afford to get married!” he said. ‘It’s a strange feeling. I feel bizarre!
“I looked at my phone last night and I thought, wait a minute! That looks different! I hurried to my computer and looked instead at the card on it.’
He said he occasionally played the Powerball and used his favorite songs whenever he visited his local news agency.

“I’ve been visiting Kylie Brown’s Newsagency for over six years now,” he said.
“I’m happy to know I picked up a first division winning entry from them. I’m probably going to redecorate a lot of things – no flash vacations or anything like that.
“I need to let it all sink in!”
The winning ticket was purchased from Kylie Brown’s Newsagency in Bayside Shopping Village in Glenelg.
Ms Brown said she was ecstatic that the ticket had been bought from her news agency.
“It really feels so good!” she said.
“We were so close when we sold a division two in Powerball earlier and have been waiting to sell the big one ever since.”
“Congratulations to the mystery winner and we wish them all the best with their multi-million dollar prize!”
The cardholder is the second South Australian resident to win the Division 1 award in a month after a woman took home $4.6 million on March 9.
The total prize pool in the latest Powerball was valued at $10,626,529.30.
