A woman has defended her tanning addiction by claiming it boosts her confidence, despite online trolls claiming she looks 50.
Camilla Sørensen, a 26-year-old influencer from Denmark, has opened up about her addiction to tanning beds, despite fierce criticism from social media trolls who claim her tan makes her look older than she is.
Sørensen, who has 29,000 followers on her TikTok page @camilla_sorensen1998, regularly uploads content that highlights her deep brown skin tone, brags about her ability to tan quickly, and shares her extensive tanning routine.

Sørensen’s outdoor tanning regimen, detailed in a list found in another videoinvolves fixed intervals of sun exposure followed by breaks.
In the list she indicates that she first tans the front of her body for 20 minutes, then the back for another 20 minutes and that she alternates this with another 15 minutes.
Her routine also includes a dip in the pool or a few splashes of salt water, after which she resumes her tanning session by lying on her back and stomach for 15 minutes each time, alternating for another 14 to 20 minutes.
Disturbingly, she adds “REPEAT!” at the end of the list, meaning she tans her body in the scorching heat for up to four hours in one session.
