Adam Collard kissed another girl in Bali just DAYS after Paige Thorne split

Adam Collard has said he kissed another girl in Bali a few days after his breakup with Paige Thorne because he was “distressed that the relationship was breaking down”.

The Love Islander, 26, went on vacation alone amid tensions between the couple – and the trip ended when he hugged the mysterious brunette at a pool party.

The news of Adam and Paige’s rift first came after a video of Adam putting his arm around a blonde woman in McDonald’s went viral just before his trip – sparking accusations of cheating.

According to Adam, the video “put pressure on the relationship” and it became “more tense and distant” after he flew to Bali.

The couple then split on the “second or third day” of his trip – but he claims the kiss didn’t happen until the end of his vacation.

He told the mirror: ‘I was in Bali for more than 14 days. It was literally the last night and I’m human to be honest.’

“Maybe this isn’t the right way to proceed, but I was probably upset and it sounds kinda…

“I was probably upset that the relationship broke down. And, call me an idiot, maybe I’m an idiot, but maybe that was my way of just trying to ignore my feelings.”

“Since I’ve been home, I’m probably processing it a little bit more now, but I feel like that’s what a lot of people do. I was out there, probably trying to distract myself.”

He insisted their relationship was “pretty much done” on day two of his journey because they “didn’t really talk to each other” and that he was “pretty quiet on its end.”

It comes after earlier this week Adam first spoke out about his breakup with Paige after they broke up after she accused him of cheating.

The star said he is “holding his hands up” after video footage flirted with other girls on a night out while dating co-star Paige, 25.

Paige split from the online fitness coach after the clips, and he now “wants to explain what really happened” after she kept quiet while discussing her side of the story last month.

The former paramedic revealed that Adam ghosted her after the cheating scandal that ended their relationship, but he has now said otherwise.

Adam told The sun he was wrong by beating his arms around another girl, but “it was all misinterpreted.”

He explained that he had been to a personal performance and met a lot of people that day he was seen with another girl at McDonald’s and had several pictures taken with fans because ‘it’s my job’.

Adam explained how he and his friends were “starving” so he walked to the fast food restaurant without security “which is normally not the case”.

He said ‘There was when we met the blond girl’ [from the video]. She was actually really nice and polite and we had a few drinks but what she said was “I came to the club tonight but my friends didn’t.”

“So what you don’t really see in the video is the camera going around and I’m taking pictures with all her friends like that and taking pictures with all of them.”

Adam insisted this was “all that happened” and the video shared on social media was just a “snapshot” of what really happened.

The reality star added that he only waited for his food, posed for pictures and went home alone, but the whole thing got “out of proportion”.

Adam revealed that he knew this was the “beginning of the end” of his relationship with Paige after some “other photos and videos I took that night turned into something else.”

He said, ‘There’s a video of me in a club earlier that night. I don’t even know who took it, but I saw one and I think that’s what Paige meant. I was just working.’

Paige previously told Cosmopolitan that she knew their relationship was over after the personal trainer “literally ghosted me.”

She said, “He didn’t text me back. He would let me read all day. My own boyfriend literally ghosted me.

“From that moment on I was like, ‘We’re done. This is more than a joke now.’ He replied, “I didn’t want it to go like this, but at least we both know where we stand.”

Paige, who became official with Adam after she left the Love Island villa, told the publication that “he told me nothing happened” and “get over it.”

Paige has since deleted all traces of Adam from her social media account and has unfollowed him.

Adam later confirmed that he and Paige are no longer together, telling The Sun, “We’re not together. Things happen. But I mean, she’s a great girl.’

Paige has since broken her silence on the shock split in an appearance on the Saving Grace podcast.

She confirmed last week: ‘I’m single – live my best life. No, I’m kidding, it’s really been a s**t time.’

Opening up about the cheating allegations, Paige said Adam was “not friends” with the woman and there was further video evidence.

She said, “It’s not just that video. There are other videos that people don’t know of from different people, on the same night, in different locations. At first I was like, you know what? It’s just one arm. I get that people get flirty. There’s nothing to it. If I’m at the club and a guy puts his arm around me, is that cheating? No.

“And then those other videos came out and I was like, ooh. Ooh, I can’t justify this.’

Paige claimed that the videos show Adam and women in the VIP restrooms, ruling out any chance of the couple reconciling.

She continued, ‘I mean, will you? Would you go back with someone like that? The videos speak for themselves. The one everyone has seen and the one I’ve only seen.’
