Officials in Pennsylvania have issued a shelter-in-place warning after several people were shot by an active shooter in the area.
Middletown Township police advised people to stay out of Fall Township at 10 a.m. Saturday morning as there have been several gunshot victims.
“This is a fluid situation and we are asking the community to take some precautions. DO NOT travel to Falls Township until further notice. If you live in areas adjacent to Falls, you should shelter in place until further notice,” police officials said online.
Police are also asking residents to lock all doors and go to a central and secure location, away from windows.
Authorities also closed the Oxford Valley Mall and Sesame Place Philadelphia until further notice.
Officials have not clarified whether the victims are particularly targeted or random.
