Acer has unveiled a brand new gaming laptop, the Acer Nitro V 15. It comes with a 13th generation Intel Core i7 CPU, Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series GPU, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD and a 15.6-inch FHD screen with a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz.
It features a dual fan and exhaust system that, according to the manufacturer, works by using a “tandem of synchronously rotating fans and a dual-inlet cooling system that draws air from the keyboard and base and then strategically releases heat through various ventilation openings. located on the sides and back.”
This is especially important because RTX 4000 series laptop GPUs overheat quickly, so a solid ventilation system is imperative to ensure not only optimal performance while gaming, but also long laptop life.
The port selection is quite extensive with three USB Type-A ports, one USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 port, a Kensington lock, an Ethernet port, an HDMI port, a headset jack and a DC-in jack.
