A young mother of three who launched a fashion label focused on wearable classic styles at a reasonable price, Bec Judd considers a fan of her silhouettes.

Grace Warnock, 31, left her job as an accountant to become her own boss and the founder of RAEF THE LABEL while raising three young children aged six, five and ten months.

After its July 2021 launch, Grace experienced almost immediate appeal, with audiences loving the phenomenal quality highly wearable prints and seasonal trends.

“I am a fully qualified accountant with a minor in marketing,” Ms Warnock told FEMAIL.

“I really enjoyed my role, I just always had a burning desire to work for myself and really be my own boss.

“I’m one of those people who is really never satisfied, my brain is always a million miles an hour and I always want to achieve more.

“Being an accountant has undoubtedly given me the knowledge and skills to start and run a business and scale a business so quickly. Would recommend it 100 percent as a starting block for everyone.’

While the label is inspired by the personal style of the mother of three, it also takes advantage of current trends to meet consumer demands.

Their ‘core’ collection is one of the best-selling to date, with the Henley blazer in black selling once an hour.

“I’m really lucky that my husband now works with me at RAEF, so he supports us and gives me the time to devote to the company,” she said.

While it is certainly difficult to manage both a business and its babies, Ms. Warnock shows that it is all possible with the right time management and organization.

“Since then we’ve released it in other colors and it’s still a staple in people’s wardrobe,” she said.

Bec Judd was spotted with the latest Kai Top and matching maxi skirt on her Instagram yesterday, where the brand has sold the combo every minute since it was put online.

“I absolutely love Bec and her style. It has always been a dream of mine to work with her,” said Mrs Warnock.

“The timing was perfect for us at the moment and our current collection suited her very nicely.”

“My schedule is full for the next six months and I always know what I’m doing and the kids are doing weeks in advance,” she said.

“I’m really lucky that my husband now works with me in RAEF, so he supports us and gives me the time to devote to the business.

“It’s juggling to manage work, life, family and keep everything in balance. I think we’re in the midst of a really big growth phase that we didn’t expect so early in the business, we’re still figuring out how to juggle everything, but we like the fast pace at which things are happening.”
