ABC star issues stern warning about Tony Armstrong ahead of the Logies: ‘To be perfectly honest…’

An ABC breakfast presenter took to social media on Wednesday to warn about his “utterly unbearable” co-star Tony Armstrong.

News Breakfast co-host Michael Rowland, 56, shared a photo on Facebook of sports presenter Tony, 34, laughing about it and adding a few cheeky words.

β€œTo be honest, Tony will be unbearable if he wins the Gold Logie,” he began.

‘His head will swell to an abnormal size and he will need little encouragement to display his glittering trophy.’

Rowland added that he was prepared to deal with Tony’s bruised ego, as he felt no one deserved Australia’s most coveted TV award more than he did.

“I’m willing to deal with this every morning because I honestly think he deserves the highest honor in television. And that’s no joke,” he continued.

Rowland then shared a link where you could vote for Tony.
