Abby Lee Miller warns Todd Chrisley he'll be 'Humiliated' and jailed as she punishes him for complaining about conditions – after daughter Savannah accuses prison staff of putting 'cell phones and DRUGS' in his cell

Abby Lee Miller has issued a stern warning to jailed reality TV star Todd Chrisley, reminding him that he will be “humiliated” behind bars due to his celebrity status and that his privileges could be revoked if he continues speak out about his living conditions.

The Dance Moms choreographer, 58, spent a year and a day in federal prison in 2017 after being indicted on 20 counts of fraud — and now she's revealing that television personality Todd, 54, could be in for a rougher ride than his fellow prisoners.

'They're going to get you. They are going to find a way to humiliate you further,” she told DailyMail.com exclusively about prison guards.

“They're going to find a way to take away your privileges. They're going to find a way to make it worse than it is for everyone else.”

The couple were both sent to prison in January 2023.

After their sentences were reduced in September, Julie is now serving five and a half years at the Federal Medical Center Lexington, while Todd is serving 10 years in a federal prison in Pensacola, Florida.

Last month, Todd's family said they feared for his life after he accused guards of “starving” prisoners and serving outdated food during an interview with NewsNation.

He also claimed that rats and squirrels had been found in the food warehouse, and said a dead cat had once fallen into food supplies from a mold-infested ceiling, something categorically denied by a prison source.

Addressing his allegations, Abby added, “I think he's trying to publicize the conditions he's living in, and that will reach someone upstairs in prison, the Bureau of Prisons.”

But when asked if she supports Todd speaking out, she said, “Absolutely.”

“The inmates are probably very happy that he told everyone that (cat) fell on them,” she added. 'It's the guards. Go Todd.”

The reality star, 54, and his wife Julie, 50, were found guilty in June 2022 of tax evasion and bank fraud totaling $30 million.

Abby Lee supported Todd and spoke out about the poor prison conditions

Earlier this week, Todd and Julie's daughter Savannah Chrisley claimed her father is facing “retaliation” for speaking out about the “terrible, deplorable” prison conditions – and that drugs and cellphones have been placed in his cell.

“The retaliation is real,” Savannah, 26, told NewsNation national correspondent Brian Entin.

“It's heartbreaking for me to watch as his daughter, but they have even gone so far as to say they will try to transfer him to a state facility because our federal institutions cannot guarantee his safety.”

Savannah said jail staff would have to “find something he's violating” to send him elsewhere.

“So I heard they're going as far as putting cell phones and drugs in his lockers so they can send him to a facility and really behind bars,” she said.

In her exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Abby also shared insight into her own experience of life behind bars.

“Our house was clean,” she said. “The women had the jobs, so the women clean the bathrooms there. My fellow inmate, women were the plumbers, the welders, the electrician.

“We had the best heat, we had the best air conditioning. I have never had water pressure and shower like in prison.

'I've never had a wheelchair shower like this before, it would be great. It was wide. It was very private.

'First you had a changing room and then the showering happened as if it were deep.

'There was no time limit. If you want, you can take an hour in the shower. It didn't matter. The bathroom was huge. That was amazing.'
