Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield’s debut fashion brand Verbose The Label may have closed, leaving frustrated customers in the lurch.
The size-inclusive brand launched in May last year, but it seems Abbie, 27, has been quietly phasing it out in recent weeks after fans noticed the Verbose website has run out of stock.
Where the popular brand used to offer a range of clothing for sizes 6 to 26, an error code now appears when users click through to the website.
The brand has also gone quiet on social media, having last uploaded a post to Instagram on March 6.
At that time, all products on the website were listed as ‘final sale’, meaning that products could not be returned or exchanged.

However, Verbose The label’s ABN (Australian Business Number), which was registered on April 1, 2023, is still active.
Over the past week, several annoyed customers have commented on Verbose’s Instagram page about missing orders, refunds, and a lack of communication from the brand.
One customer claimed they had tried to contact Vebose “three times” about an order she never received, despite a report saying the company had shipped more than a month ago.

“I’m really disappointed, especially when you consider what the brand is supposed to stand for. We try to lift and support women-driven businesses and from what I can tell many of us have hundreds of dollars in our pocket with no communication,” the client noted on Thursday.
Another user complained Friday that they had messaged Abbie’s brand “several times” about a missing order that had supposedly shipped.
“I have requested a refund (waiting for confirmation) as their website will obviously close if you try to click on a mate,” the user wrote.

On Sunday, another customer commented that their missing order had finally been refunded.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Abbie and Verbose for comment.
Abbie launched Verbose in May last year after secretly working on the brand for 18 months with her fashion designer sister Jolie.
The label was so popular that items sold out within minutes of dropping.
Controversy surrounding Verbose comes as Abbie continues to juggle multiple other commitments, including her national Trauma Dump tour, Hit Network radio show, and multiple TV hosting gigs.
