Abbie Chatfield on the hunt for a personal assistant to ‘make her life easier in every way’ after she spent time in a Thai health retreat for shock addiction
Abbie Chatfield has revealed that she is looking for a new personal assistant with “good vibes” to help organize her incredibly busy life in the entertainment industry.
The media personality, 28, posted a job posting on Instagram on Tuesday asking her followers to apply for the job and “make her life easier in every way.”
With her current assistant Kirah taking on a “more content creation/administration role,” the podcaster wants a stand-alone assistant who works 1-2 days a week.
“Currently looking for someone to do essentially all life administrative tasks/look after Mr. Walter (her dog) when I am at work, organize my life, run personal errands for me and keep me on track,” she explained in the mail.
‘Even during busy periods, administrative tasks will probably be lost. Actually, I would hire you to make my life easier in every way.’

She continued, ‘Being in media there is potential for experience and learning in content creation/podcasts, TV, press etc, but this will not be your starring role.’
The Masked Singer panelist then explained what “vibes and skills” she was looking for in potential applicants.
“I need someone with strong organizational skills who can show initiative, see problems before they arise, and propose solutions,” she said.

“You should come up with options to make my life more streamlined without me having to specifically ask. ADHD-girly actually needs guidance.’
Abbie said she would “prefer someone with experience as a personal assistant or TV runner” for the casual role.
However, she jokingly added that she also likes to “hire someone who lives their life in ways I don’t.”

In July, Abbie made a shocking confession on her podcast about her mental health while vacationing at a Thai health retreat.
In an emotional voice recording, she explained that she has a “real work addiction” and suffered severe burnout as a result.
“I’m absolutely exhausted and burned out for a number of reasons at the beginning of this year,” she said.
“But I’ve been here for about five days now and I think I’ve realized my priorities need to shift a little bit. Honestly, I’ve taken on so many jobs and roles.”
She continued, “I’m trying to figure out what I do and don’t want to do and I try not to force myself to work much harder than I have to.”
The star confessed that she couldn’t take her mind off her work and came to the heartbreaking realization that she has put all her worth into her career.
She admitted that her personal and social life has suffered severely over the past two years due to her “workaholic” habits.
“This is so dark, but I thought if something happened to me, if I just died, dropped dead, I wouldn’t have seen my friends in six months or a year,” she said.
The poignant admission came after she recently revealed that her mental health was at an all-time low due to the increasing workload.
In May, the FBoy Island host shared several photos on Instagram from a photo shoot for Stellar magazine, which revealed that she had cried on set in between takes.
She said that at the time she was struggling with the increasing workload, but that her hectic schedule did not allow her to take time off to recover.
In December, Abbie was also forced to go on bed rest after canceling her live podcast appearance on Beyond The Valley due to mental and physical exhaustion.
