Abbie Chatfield was hospitalized this week due to a severe migraine while battling workaholism.

The reality star, 28, shared a selfie of herself feeling unwell in bed with some disturbing words.

“I’m afraid I won’t survive the day,” she wrote.

She explained that she had gone to the hospital after vomiting all night and was given medication, but it had worn off and she was still in a lot of pain.

“Went to the hospital last night. The medicine calmed me down and it seemed to be working until I woke up this morning with the same amount of pain,” she began.

In July, Abbie revealed she had been on a retreat in Thailand to recover from her work addiction issues.

In an emotional voice recording, the radio presenter explained that she has a “real work addiction” and suffered from severe burnout as a result.

“I’m absolutely exhausted and burned out for a number of reasons at the beginning of this year,” she said.

“But I’ve been here for about five days now and I think I’ve realized my priorities need to shift a little bit. Honestly, I’ve taken on so many jobs and roles.”

She continued, “I’m trying to figure out what I do and don’t want to do and I try not to force myself to work much harder than I have to.”

She explained that she had gone to the hospital after throwing up all night and was given medication, but it had worn off and she was still in a lot of pain.

Abbie went on to say that all she’d done in a five-day span was “hang out and get massages and swim,” but it was still “mentally hard.”

In August, Abbie announced she was quitting radio to focus on her TV career, podcast and personal life after suffering a bad case of burnout.

Despite the success of her Hit Network show Hot Nights with Abbie Chatfield, the 28-year-old told her fans via a three-minute Instagram video that she was “happy” with her decision to call it quits.

“I just need to put my energy into projects that bring me joy and that energize me, instead of draining me,” she explained.
