Abbie has now broken her silence and has taken to the comment section of Verbose’s Instagram page to quell these rumors.

Responding to a two-month-old comment from a concerned customer, the reality TV star said confidently, “As far as I know, all of our order issues have been resolved.”
Chatfield said the expanded shipping and logistics team was snowed under after the launch of the much-anticipated “baby t-shirt.”
She promised that any persistent order issues would be resolved immediately once the aggrieved customer slipped into her DMs with their order number.

The brand’s official Instagram page hasn’t had a new grid post since March 6, and the products have been marked down on the label’s website and listed as “final sale.”
The latest post received several comments from customers making claims about missing orders, returns and refunds, and emails that went unanswered.
However, the label and Chatfield have now responded to these complaints, apologizing for delays and making sure loyal customers are being listened to.

“Can someone reply to my DM about a missing order from November?” one user wrote on the label’s last Instagram post from six weeks ago.
“Yeah, I’ve emailed about my pre-order too and haven’t heard anything yet!” added another.
“Hello @verbosethelabel, can someone respond to my emails or DMs about my missing order from three months ago?” asked a customer.
Another ranted, “I’ve kept all 36 responses from the past 11 weeks from people asking for refunds, returns, comments and… there was radio silence.”
“As valued, loyal customers who have spent our hard-earned money, we deserve to know why you are not delivering on your promises and not living up to your brand.”
While this person was clearly frustrated, it appears that Chatfield and Verbose are trying to please customers by engaging with them privately.
Verbose launched last May in sizes 6 to 26. At first, it was so popular that items sold out within minutes of dropping.
