Abbie Chatfield explains why she’s been ‘off the grid’ as she returns with racy topless selfies

Abbie Chatfield explains why she took a week off social media as she shares raunchy topless selfies, after denying she’s “fighting” with Megan Marx over her ADHD comments.

Abbie Chatfield has been sparse on social media in recent days and plans to spend even more time away from the spotlight.

The radio star told his fans he was going offline to relax and unwind for a week at Lizard Island National Park in Queensland in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

Posing partially nude while walking by a lake, the 27-year-old wrote: “Out of office, off the grid, Holislay etc, see you in a week.”

The podcaster posted on Instagram Stories this week to shut down claims he’s in a feud with Bachelor star Megan Marx, who recently claimed ADHD is a new “trend” from influencers.

“Can the media stop calling Megan Marx about her ability and her bizarre comments about ADHD an ‘enmity’?” he said.

It is not an enmity. I called someone… I don’t have a personal problem with her, I have a problem with what she said that leads me to think things about her’ character.

Abbie, who has ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), slammed Megan on Monday night for saying the disorder is just a new “trend” of influencers and that stars are taking medication to treat it simply to lose weight.

‘Hi queen. Thank you very much for this unfounded and invalid opinion,’ she began on her Instagram Stories.

“Thank you so much for deciding that you think people are trying to take weight loss drugs because of ADHD drugs.” Do you think it is the new influential drug to lose weight?

‘Do you know how fucking hard it is to get ADHD medication or get diagnosed? Do you know how hard it is? she asked.

The former Bachelor star went on to say that Marx was “adding stigma” as women in particular are “underdiagnosed.”

On Monday, Marx responded to an Instagram Q&A asking if he thought ADHD was an “influencer fad.”

“I think the ADHD diagnosis, there’s a chance that it’s a small trend,” he said.

“There are some things that are interesting to me… I also wonder about all these influential people who are being diagnosed and medicated for ADHD who have suddenly lost a lot of weight.”

Marx went on to state that ADHD medication is “basically meth” and makes you “lose your appetite.”

‘[Influencers] they are very happy to talk about being on medication, happy to talk about ADHD. But they don’t want to talk about the fact that they’ve lost weight because of their medication and I think that’s problematic as well,” he added.

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects one in 20 people and causes poor impulse control and concentration, according to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
