Abbey Gelmi shares adorable photo with six-month-old baby Louis – after welcoming her son with AFL star Kane Lambert

Abbey Gelmi and her AFL star partner Kane Lambert welcomed their son Louis on March 8.

And on Sunday, the 7News sports presenter, 32, shared an adorable photo on Instagram of her bonding with her baby.

The precious photo shows Abbey lying on her back on the floor of her living room, with young Louis resting on her stomach.

She can’t wipe the smile off her face as she gently rocks her boob as the couple get some good mother-son time.

Many of Abbey’s followers were quick to rave about the adorable photo.

“Little angel boy,” one fan wrote and another added, “This is it.”

In March, Abbey told her followers she had given birth to a son, alongside a black and white photo of her rocking the newborn in hospital.

“Louis James Lambert was born 8.3.23,” Abbey wrote alongside the image.

Our hearts are so full. Everyone happy, healthy and at home. So thankful @kanelambert,” she continued.

Abbey’s post was quickly flooded with well wishes from Love Island’s Tayla Damir, The Bachelor’s Anna Heinrich and model Jesinta Franklin, among others.

Gelmi revealed she was pregnant in an interview with The Herald Sun in October.

In March, Abbey told her followers she had given birth to a son, alongside a black and white photo of her rocking the newborn in hospital.

“Even though it was such a special time, I’ve been quite sick,” Gelmi told the publication.

Abbey first sparked rumors that she was dating the recently retired Richmond star, 31, in May 2021.

The pair are said to have attended Sam Mac’s book launch in Melbourne together at the time and were introduced by Love Island’s Tayla Damir.

The Daily Telegraph reported that the pair started dating after Abbey made the move from Melbourne to Sydney.
