The model, 37, has been vacationing in Naples, Italy, with her footballer beau, 42, and spent the evening at the famed Teatro San Carlo.
Abbey opted for a gorgeous and tight black ballgown, which flared out behind her, exposing her very muscular leg in a bold way.
It then belted around her torso, showing off her incredible figure and tiny waist.
A pair of strappy heels added inches to her phenomenal figure as the beauty sported a sun-kissed glow from her Mediterranean getaway.

Abbey posted to her 673,000 Instagram followers on Sunday, simply writing, “An evening at the opera.”
It comes after Abbey revealed that her husband tells her he wants to have sex by sending her three emojis.
The model got candid about the couple’s love life on an episode of their podcast, The Therapy Crouch.
Abbey shared how her footballer boyfriend often sends her a beaver emoji, followed by an eggplant emoji when they’re alone in the house.
She said, “I just don’t know how long I can go on with these sexual emojis you keep sending me.
“When the kids go to school and he likes to hear me, put the key in the door I’m in and no one’s in the house, I just get a beaver and an eggplant emoji text. I’m not even going to say the latter, but you can imagine what it is.’

Peter said, “I think the beaver emoji is the best emoji of the bunch. It’s unbelievable.’
Abbey asked, “Do you think you’ll be lucky with those messages?”
Peter replied, “I’ll just let you know, I’m putting my cards on the table.”
Abbey told how she tied her robe in the back while drying her hair to keep Peter from getting frisky.
The stunner said she previously blow-dried her hair naked because she found the hot air from the machine too hot.
However, her sporty husband tried to get amorous, prompting her to lock him out of the bedroom while tying her dressing gown in a way that is too confusing for the former footballer to quickly undo.
She explained, “It drives me crazy. I came up with a new tactic with the robe. Instead of tying the belt in the front, I tie it in the back.
“It’s like ‘how do I untie this thing?’ It works wonderfully.’
When Peter asked her why she didn’t want him to admire her, she told him, “Yes. Any other time is fine, but not when I’m getting ready.
“But it’s nice to know that after 16 years you’re still desirable to your husband.”
Abbey and Peter married in 2011 and the couple are parents to Sophia, 11, Liberty, seven, Johnny, five, and three-year-old Jack.
