Abbey Clancy has expressed her fury with her husband Peter Crouch after he claimed that reaching the Champions League final with Liverpool was better than the birth of their children.
The 37-year-old model confronted the former striker, 42, over his comments on her podcast, The Therapy Crouch.
The couple have four children together: Sophia, 11, Liberty, seven, Johnny, four, and Jack, three.
He started by saying: ‘Having kids isn’t even close to the feeling you get when you play football.’
Then, reaching for his mobile phone, he added: “I’m actually going to try to find this on my phone now because it was actually disgusting.”

Peter tried to defend himself, saying, “Well, this is something you know we ran into, I think when you’re potentially in the public eye, you know that stories and words can be misconstrued, hopefully.”
Ignoring him, Abbey read a headline on her phone that read: “Peter Crouch says reaching Champions League final was better than having his children.”
He turned to Peter: ‘Three days ago you said this.’
Peter replied: ‘Yeah, but obviously I said it a while ago, they put it on 3 days ago.’
Abbey interrupted: ‘So you said it.’
Peter admitted: ‘Well vaguely’.
Reading another article, Abbey said: “Peter Crouch risked angering his wife Abbey Clancy by saying that Liverpool’s path to the Champions League final was better than the birth of their four children.”
The striker only came on as a substitute, you weren’t even a real player, you weren’t even involved. How can you even say that?
Not impressed: She started by saying, “Having kids isn’t even close to the feeling you get when you play soccer.”
Peter replied: “I was the top scorer for Liverpool in the run-up to that final, at the level of Kaká.”
‘If I had played in the final, we would have won it and I could have become the top scorer. Kaka would not have existed.
Abbey interrupted, “But you didn’t and you didn’t play, so there you go.”
In October, Peter explained: ‘Look, I love my two girls and my two boys, but I have to be honest: reaching the Champions League final is better.
