Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch receive complaints from irate neighbors after they play an ’80s classic at a drunken karaoke party

Former English football star Peter Crouch and model wife Abbey Clancy sang 1980s karaoke hits so loudly at a party that neighbors complained.

The pair hosted a pool party for about 15 friends and relatives early yesterday morning and they ripped the roof off with their versions of amazing musical numbers.

The guests reportedly sang classics including A-ha’s classic Take On Me and Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance With Somebody at the posh golf resort of Quinta do Lago in the Algarve on Portugal’s southern coast.

Keep it quiet! Peter’s party was so loud security guards from another course nearby could hear it from their clubhouse – so decided to drive by

Peter’s party was so loud security guards from another track nearby could hear it from their clubhouse – so they decided to drive by, the Mirror reports.

A neighbor told the paper it was so noisy “everyone on the street could hear it” and locals came out to see what was going on.

Ironically named Peter Crouch, 42, who stands at a whopping six feet tall, reportedly tried to hit the high notes, with a source saying he was ‘screaming his lungs out’ to the lavish applause of the guests.

They said the partying started around 5pm and didn’t end until 1am the next morning – much to the chagrin of some residents.

Others were fine with the Crouchy and gang “just having a laugh,” though they hoped it wouldn’t become a frequent feature.

Peter and Abbey were seen on a hunting trip yesterday and looked quite tired.

Abbey joked that her husband ‘ruined’ Glastonbury Festival for her in June after drinking too many pints, leaving him ‘a little confused’.

But he defended himself by saying ‘it’s the rules’.

Peter admitted earlier this month that he once had his wife carry her food to a restaurant because they were sitting at Sir Alex Ferguson’s favorite table.

The former footballer described how he had been dining with his model wife at the Alderley Edge Hotel in Cheshire when Sir Alex suddenly arrived.

He said hotel staff told him they had not expected the football manager, 81, to dine with them, while Peter did not hesitate to move away from his favorite table.

Peter revealed that he had his wife Abbey get up immediately and carry her roast dinner through the restaurant to make room for Sir Alex.

“I made her pick up the roast and move out,” he told the Daily Mail’s Richard Eden last week.

‘I didn’t even tell the waiters. That’s the kind of respect you should have. I’ve never played for him, but this is Sir Alex Ferguson.’

His candid revelation comes as Peter and Abbey enjoy a sun-soaked family holiday together in a mysterious destination.

And the pair seemed as loved-up as ever as they documented their journey on Instagram and shared a sweet kiss in the blink of an eye.

Abbey also shared snaps of their four children, Sophia, 11, Liberty, seven, Johnny, five, and three-year-old Jack relaxing on a boat.

Abbey and Peter married in June 2011 at the Stapleford Park hotel in Leicestershire, two years after announcing their engagement.

The couple welcomed their daughter Sophia back in March 2011 and have had three more children together since their marriage.

After 11 years of marriage, Abbey and Peter decided to renew their wedding vows last year in an intimate ceremony on December 17.

The couple planned to host the ceremony to mark their 10th wedding anniversary in 2021, but had to postpone their zoning plans until a year later due to Covid.

They got married for the second time in front of their four children, Abbey’s mother Karen and friends on a private island at Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort.
