“Go Yankees!”: Aaron Judge is serenaded by fans at Drake’s concert in New York City after the record-breaking $360 million slugger was spotted watching the sold-out show with his wife Samantha at a VIP box

New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge was serenaded by fans at a Drake concert Sunday night after being spotted watching the show from a VIP box.

Judge, who last month signed a $360 million deal through the 2031 season with the Yankees, attended the concert with his wife Samantha and was soon chosen by fans from the crowd.

As chants of ‘go Yankees’ erupted, the superstar slugger couldn’t contain a big grin as he thumped his chest in appreciation.

He could also be seen laughing with Samantha while looking slightly embarrassed at the support coming his way.

Judge, who signed a new $360 million deal with the Yankees, hit a record 62 home runs in 2022

Judge enjoyed a record year for the Yankees in 2022, in which he surpassed Roger Maris’s AL record for home runs of 61 in a season at 62, and continued to commit his future to the team.

The four-time All-Star also won the Yankees captaincy, his first since Derek Jeter in 2014.

‘This is an incredible honor. I don’t take it lightly,” Judge said at his official unveiling after signing the mega-money deal.

‘I will continue to lead by example. I know there will be a couple more responsibilities with this, but I am here to face every obstacle and continue to lead this team and lead this city to not one but multiple championships in the future.

Judge attended Drake’s concert at the Apollo Theater in Harlem on Sunday.

‘I want to say, thank you all, my wife, Samantha and my family for being here. That means a lot. Thanks guys.’

Judge attended the SiriusXM show at the Apollo one night Drake was forced to call off his performance after a man fell from a second-story balcony into the orchestra pit.

The man, whose identity was not released, was seen falling from the mezzanine balcony into the crowd below around 90 minutes into the Sunday night concert at the legendary Harlem theater.

The show was halted for 15 minutes when a man fell from a second-story balcony.

It happened while Drake was introducing Atlanta rapper 21 Savage. The couple were about to perform a series of songs when the man suddenly fell from the upper level.

Drake and his entourage were alerted to the incident before pausing the show and telling audience members. I just have to make sure someone is okay.

After 15 minutes, a public address announcement confirmed that no one had been injured and that the concert would continue.
