How to start the ‘A New Signature Food’ quest
Once Reede leaves Cece’s store, you can find him in his own house, which is the big house on the hill. He is inside. Talk to him to start the quest. His big idea for winning the mayoral race is to revitalize the city by creating, as you might have guessed, a new signature dish. His grandfather used to work with a cheese maker in town, but he can’t remember who.
You need to find out what’s going on with Hateno Village’s cheese history.
Find Koylin
You’ll want to find Koylin, whose grandfather was the man with the cheese. She is on a dock just outside Hateno cityat the bottom of Sumac Lake. Talk to her and launch the “A letter to Koyin.”
How to solve ‘A letter to Koyin’

If you look straight out from the quay Sumac Lake, you see a bottle floating in the water. That’s the key to the cheese. It’s too far to grab Ultra convenient, so you have to expand the dock with things you find in the environment. You can cut down some trees to get logs, and there are also two wooden planks pressed against the house behind you. Usage Ultra handy to create a path to the bottle – long enough to use Ultra handy to take it and place it close by Koyin.
Talk to her again and she will read the letter, and then she will go back inside her house (the one right on the lake). Go follow her. Talk to her inside and she will give you a piece of cheese and then open a bigger store for her. You can trade milk to get more cheese, or just buy more. If you want a cheese for yourself, buy or trade one, because the other one will reeds.

Go back to Reede’s house and talk to him again. He will smell the cheese. Give it to him to complete the questline “A New Signature Food”.
A new Signature Food reward
Reede will give you one Silver rupee for completing the side adventure. Silver rupees are worth 100 regular rupees. Not bad considering how scarce rupees seem to be Tears of the Kingdom!
