And now MailOnline has taken a look at the beauty’s best moments on the show, following her sad and shock exit.
From her post-NTA hangover in the same dress as the night before with her former co-star Philip Schofield, to her iconic laugh and raunchy innuendos, Holly ensured the nation was laughing during her time on the show.
Holly’s down-to-earth aurora also stole viewers’ hearts when they were in the middle of touching and emotional stories.

Holly’s post-National Television Awards live hangovers on This Morning have become the stuff of side-splitting legend over the past decade with Phil.
Over the years, Holly and Phil have left fans in hysterics when they hit the milestone with 2016’s biggest event.
Nursing their aching heads, the pair went straight to work after their night out, which saw them celebrate winning the Live Magazine show, wearing the same outfits they wore to the swim.
“Should we be honest?” Holly said while still wearing her glamorous white dress. “I haven’t been home yet.” We came straight here.’ Covering his clothes with a giant pillow, Philip forced a barefoot Holly to explain his little secret.
“I’m getting mint sauce on my dress,” she said. “This is a lovely dress, but can you see the yellow spots? It’s mustard and pickles, before you jump to conclusions.’ Giggling, the pair admitted that after the event they went to Ant McPartlin’s house, where they played a game of Pie-Face.
“I’ve got mustard and pickles in my eye,” Holly said, before Phillip said he hit him in the face with chilli sauce.
“We’re in a mess,” Philip said on the show the next day. “We can only apologize. We celebrated on behalf of each of you. None of us should be on television.’

Hilarious: Holly recently had an unfortunate but hilarious encounter when Ferne McCann’s baby Finty pooped on her live on air
Funny: Just wanting to cuddle the baby, Finty had a mild explosion on Holly’s lap, caught on AD break
More recently, Holly had an unfortunate but hilarious encounter when Ferne McCann’s baby Finty pooped on her live.
Ferne appeared on the ITV show last month and Craig Doyle joked that there had been a ‘major incident’ on set before her interview.

Holly also struggled to present after having a fit of giggles on This Morning, mostly alongside her ex-boyfriend Phil.
The fun was sparked when Holly questioned the giant popcorn on a child’s makeshift Halloween costume, believing it to be edible, with Philip later declaring: “We were very unprofessional.”
The pair could barely hold together as the youngsters took to the catwalk to show off their spooky costumes, both having to wipe tears from their eyes as they laughed so hard.
Another time we saw Holly break down in fits of laughter on This Morning after parents sent in a hilarious drawing of their kids that failed.
Holly and Phil opened the show by looking back at one of their most watched segments on YouTube, featuring artwork submitted by their fans’ children that, thanks to some unfortunate twists, had a far more crude meaning.

Innocent mistake: One attempt to draw your mom in a scarf ended up looking like she wasn’t wearing much at all. An amused Holly said: ‘I think the scarves are my favourite’

While trying to hold back a giggle, Holly told her co-host: “I want to make a coffee table book out of all these drawings, so when those January blues come you can just look at it and laugh.”
Her exit from the show comes after the former Pizza Hut executive was taken into custody last week on charges of allegedly plotting to kidnap and kill the host.
Gavin Plum, 36, from Harlow, Essex, has been charged with offenses including soliciting murder and abetting kidnapping in connection with the broadcaster, allegedly contacting the killer in the US and booking him flights.
Holly wrote a full statement: “Today I have informed ITV that after 14 years I will not be returning to This Morning.
“To everyone who has ever worked on the show over the years, thank you so much. This is such a hard goodbye, you are amazing and I will forever be proud of what we did together.

“Thank you to everyone at ITV for your support. Thank you to every guest who sat on our sofa. Most of all thanks to the wonderful viewers. You were so loyal, so supportive and the best company every day.
“Richard and Judy said to only look after this show, it will always belong to the viewers.” It was an honor just to be a part of her story and I know there are many more chapters to this story. Unfortunately, I now feel I have to make this decision for myself and my family.
‘I will miss you all so much.’
The ITV boss said the broadcaster looked forward to working with Ms Willoughby ‘in the future’ following the news that she had quit this morning.
In a statement, Kevin Ligo, managing director of media and entertainment at ITV, told MailOnline: ‘We are saddened to see Holly leave this morning, but respect her decision which we know will be extremely difficult for her to make.
“Holly is one of the UK’s most loved, respected and successful broadcasters. She has been at the heart of This Morning for 14 years and is adored by our viewers.
“Holly brought her unique brand of warmth, energy, humor and fun to one of the country’s most popular daytime shows, and she will be sorely missed by everyone on the show.”
“She remains a much-loved member of the ITV family and we look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.”
