Daisy Edgar-Jones looks glamorous in a silver slip dress and red lipstick – as she stuns crowds in performance of Cat On A Hot Tin Roof

She is celebrating her first major stage role. But Daisy-Edgar-Jones brought a touch of Disney to the press night of her West End performance.

The actress channeled her inner Tinkerbell in a stunning Victoria Beckham dress at the Cat on a Hot Tin Roof press night.

The 26-year-old Normal People star looked every bit a modern-day fairy as she stepped into the star-studded event at London’s Almeida Theater on Tuesday night.

Exuding Tinkerbell-esque charm, Ms Edgar-Jones wore Ms Beckham’s striking emerald green Draped Tuck mini dress from the SS25 collection.

The dress had an asymmetrical neckline and draped layers of semi-sheer chiffon with a subtly puffed hem.

And while her makeup was kept light and dewy, the actress looked effortlessly elegant as she styled her brunette locks in loose waves with a center parting.

She paired the enchanting dress with a pair of nude peep-toe heels from Tory Burch.

At the glitzy event, Ms Edgar-Jones was photographed mingling with fellow stars including Secret Invasion actor Kingsley Ben-Adir.

The 38-year-old, who will soon hit the screens in his biopic as Bob Marley, opted for an all-black look with a stylish maxi coat and patent leather loafers.

Elsewhere, Ms Edgar-Jones also linked up with Tina and Bobby star Clare Burt, as well as I May Destroy You actress Pearl Chanda.

The evening marked a milestone for Daisy as she celebrated her first major stage role, playing headstrong Maggie in Tennessee Williams’ Mississippi family psychodrama.

It comes as casting directors are reportedly eyeing Daisy to star as a Disney princess opposite Chris Hemsworth as Prince Charming.

Sources have also revealed that she has received scripts for the role of Lizzie Bennet in a new Netflix TV series adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, but she reportedly turned down the opportunity.

The novel has been adapted into films several times, including the iconic 2005 version starring Keira Knightley.

Under the new English ‘It Girl’, the actress has set the internet on fire this year with her striking looks.

She appeared in the Cold Feet reboot, playing the daughter of Hermione Norris’ character Karen.

But her breakthrough came with Normal People, based on Sally Rooney’s bestselling novel, which earned Daisy Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations.

She has since starred opposite Andrew Garfield, 41, in the crime drama Under The Banner Of Heaven, and was the lead in the film Where The Crawdads Sing.
