Megan Thee Stallion files restraining order against jailed Tory Lanez over ‘psychological warfare’

Megan Thee Stallion has reportedly filed a restraining order against Tory Lanez, claiming his psychological torment continues even behind bars.

The 29-year-old rapper filed a request on Tuesday, per TMZwhich details months of torment by Tory, who is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence in California for shooting her feet in 2020.

Tory allegedly used a network of bloggers, including Elizabeth Milagro Cooper — who sued Megan earlier this year — to spread damaging lies about her, according to court documents obtained by the newspaper.

The records show that phone logs from the jail indicate a “coordinated effort” between Tory and Cooper, including a call in which Tory’s father allegedly asked about payments for the harassment campaign.

Megan claims that this brutal ‘psychological warfare’ has taken a serious toll on her mental health, causing her to become depressed and distance herself from her friends.

In a deeply disturbing statement, Megan said she “sometimes wishes Tory would have shot me if I had known I would be subjected to this torture.”

While Tory appeals his conviction, Meg claims he is spreading falsehoods to reduce his sentence and is now seeking a restraining order to prevent further harassment, either directly or through others.

In October, Megan sued YouTuber and social media personality Milagro Gramz (Elizabeth Milagro Cooper) for allegedly acting as a “mouthpiece and puppet” for Tory.

Megan’s attorney Alex Spiro accused Gramz of waging a public campaign to “denigrate, disparage, insult and spread false statements” about Megan on Lanez’s behalf.

The blogger is accused of going so far as to share a “deepfake pornographic video” depicting the rapper, real name Megan Pete — a move that Spiro says violates a Florida statute that prohibits “altered sexual images ‘ of real people.

In a statement shared with DailyMail.com, Megan said: ‘It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life.

“I have suffered numerous attacks on my character based on false stories from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.”

She continued: ‘It is unacceptable behavior and these individuals must understand that there will be consequences for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.’

In August 2023, Tory was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Megan in the foot during a drunken argument after a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s house in 2020.

The 32-year-old rapper, real name Daystar Peterson, begged the judge for mercy in a tense Los Angeles courtroom, claiming he still cared “a lot about Megan.”

However, his plea did not save him from the ten-year sentence, which was handed down after a dramatic trial that attracted the attention of the hip-hop world.

The shooting occurred after an alcohol-fueled altercation in Lanez’s SUV, with Megan and her assistant, Kelsey Harris, present.

Megan testified that after a heated argument, she got out of the vehicle, at which point Lanez yelled “Dance, b***h” and fired five shots at her feet, leaving her with three bullet fragments that required surgery.

At his sentencing, Lanez admitted that he made “very immature” comments during the ordeal and revealed “secrets that I should not have revealed.”

Despite his conviction, he insisted he still cared about Megan.

In December 2022, a jury convicted Lanez on three charges: assault with a semi-automatic firearm, grossly negligent discharge of a firearm and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle.

The jury also found that Lanez had caused Megan “great bodily harm,” making his sentence more severe.

Despite pleading not guilty, Lanez’s actions and his attempt to silence Megan with a $1 million bribe only added fuel to the fire.
