Woman’s entire tiny home is STOLEN after thieves used UTV and pickup truck… and that’s not the worst part
An Oklahoma woman was shocked to discover her entire small home was stolen in the middle of the night in a devastating robbery.
Monica Badzinski said she bought the small dream house and 10 acres of land in Sepulpa in 2022, but it was removed from her property around midnight on November 12.
A neighbor noticed the theft and called Badzinski to report that the gate to her property was wide open and the house was gone.
‘He has cameras. He says he saw four men in a UTV and a pickup truck. They came to my gate, they had some kind of saw [and] they cut my lock,” Badzinski told FOX 23.
“They came here, they cut the ties to my house and they cut the electricity.”
All that remains of the house now are broken cinder blocks, cut wires and crushed cables on an empty lot.
But perhaps the worst part for Badzinski is how the theft will affect her legal battle with the homebuilders and the inspector.

She explained that she had always wanted a “tiny home” for “sustainable living,” but not long after moving in, she discovered that the home had never been inspected.
The inspection company then told her that “it’s probably best to leave the house,” noting that they weren’t sure if it was safe to live in.
From there, Badzinski said she sought legal advice, who told her it was best for her to try to sell the house — a devastating blow to the homeowner.
With the house missing, the process has become even more complicated, she said.
“It’s unbelievable,” Badzinski said of the brazen theft. “It’s just unbelievable, especially because I’ve been fighting this battle with the tiny home people and then this happens.
“It’s been heartbreaking for years,” she added.
Her neighbor’s security cameras caught four men in a UTV and a pickup stealing the house just before midnight on November 12
But Badzinski thinks the house is still located somewhere in the community, since UTVs typically aren’t capable of traveling long distances.
In an effort to track it down, Badzinski has been handing out flyers and talking to neighbors, hoping they might know something.
She is also offering a $500 reward for the location or identity of those involved.
“I tried to do everything I could to get this little house back,” Badzinski said.
