Have you seen Molly? Fears for little girl, 8, who vanished six weeks ago in Wollongong and has not been seen since – as desperate new search is launched

A desperate search has been launched for a little girl who has been missing for almost seven weeks.

Molly Noonan-Medley, aged 8, was last seen around 11am on October 31 with a woman she knew in the Wollongong suburb of Woonona, south of Sydney.

After attempts to contact the woman failed, police were alerted the next day and launched an investigation to locate the girl, who is still missing.

Police launched a second appeal for public assistance on Monday evening to help trace Molly’s whereabouts.

Initial investigations have suggested the pair may have gone to Queensland and may be relying on public transport to get around.

The woman is known to frequent the Woonona, Wollongong and Huskisson on the NSW south coast.

Molly is described as Caucasian in appearance, 4 feet 4 inches, thin build, blue eyes and blonde/brown hair.

It is unknown what Molly might wear.
