Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann get visited by police AGAIN at the Georgia mansion they’re moving out of
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann appear to be fighting to the bitter end.
Police — who warned the exes not to tie up their assets after making multiple trips to their former home in Alpharetta, Georgia — had to revisit the property on Sunday amid a dispute.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 46, was in the process of moving the last of the belongings she owns out of the home — which was placed on the auction block earlier this month — and loading her belongings into a moving truck from Atlanta Peach Movers, an insider said TMZ Sunday.
The former NFL player, 39, parked behind the moving van and initially refused to move, unlike Zolciak who took items from the home that he did not believe she had a claim to.
Once again, despite the aforementioned warnings from authorities, officers from the Milton Police Department were called to the house to mediate the conflict. In this case, the reporter called the regular line instead of 911, the insider said.
Ny Breaking.com has contacted Milton police and the moving company for further comment on the incident.

Biermann eventually relented and moved his vehicle after speaking with police officers, sources told TMZ, and Zolciak was allowed to take her belongings to her new residence.
The newspaper noted that there was no “huge falling out” between Zolciak and Biermann Sunday, as has been the case in other cases over the past year and a half.
Since their first split in May 2023, local authorities have had to make numerous visits to the mansion amid fiery feuds between the reality star and ex-NFL player.
In a Nov. 18 conversation, an officer made it clear to Zolciak that law enforcement did not have the resources to monitor the pair’s clashes amid an ongoing “time crunch” due to more pressing responsibilities.
An officer told Zolciak that the police were “to be used for emergencies only” and gave her multiple options to explore instead of calling them every time things went wrong between her and Bierman.
The officer told Zolciak that if she wanted law enforcement present in her interactions with Biermann in the future, she would either have to contact the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office for an appointment to discuss the matter; or paying out of pocket for an off-duty officer to monitor their exchanges.
“That should be something that needs to be settled for a later date and if that happens you will have to pay the officer compensation for working off duty,” the officer told Zolciak, who accused Biermann of having significant financial problems because of his work . an addiction to gambling and an uninhibited spending pattern.
Zolciak accused Biermann on November 26 of pushing her to the ground, which he denied and which family members interviewed could not confirm.

Zolciak and Biermann were involved in an ugly argument in front of police on November 18 amid their ongoing separation, according to bodycam footage published on TMZ.
In the footage, Zolciak said Biermann had violated court-imposed boundaries the couple had to follow while living in the home in the year and a half since they initially split in May 2023 amid massive financial troubles.
Zolciak resisted an officer’s suggestions that she walk away from her closet during the incident, saying that the last time she left Biermann unattended in the area, “he started taking all my shoes.”
She added, “I’m just trying to get my clothes and shoes out of here and be done. I’m just trying to pack my things, that’s all I want.”
Zolciak told police that Biermann took “a number of belongings” from her storage space in the home, including an iPad that she repeatedly referred to, adding that she held on to Biermann’s laptop until she got her belongings back.
“I’m not going to operate this way, I’m tired of being stolen from and taken advantage of,” Zolciak said.
While Biermann could be heard off camera summarizing Zolciak’s claims as “all lies,” she claimed to officers that he was caught on camera masturbating in her designated area of the house.
‘He took off. Do you want me to show you the video of him fucking on my camera?’ she asked the officers in the room.

Biermann responded to the allegation by calling Zolciak “a pathological liar” and said she had spied on him by placing the camera in his living space.
Regarding the division of the property, Biermann said he was fine with Zolciak taking the “feminine stuff” she wanted that didn’t impact his life and work.
Biermann said he wanted to file a police report with video footage he had of Zolciak from the night before he broke into his room and stole his “laptop and documentation.”
As police tried to separate the feuding exes — Biermann made it clear to authorities that he and Zolciak are “technically still married” — Zolciak told Biermann, “You stole my iPad” as she walked past him. Zolciak told police she understood there was confusion about the ownership of some items that fell under the heading of “marital” designations.
Zolciak and Biermann are parents to four children — Kroy Jr., 13, Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 11 — while Biermann has Zolciak’s two eldest daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle, 27, and Ariana , 23, adopted.
Zolciak rose to fame as a member of the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and parlayed her popularity into the spin-off Don’t Be Tardy… on Bravo. She also took part in five episodes of Dancing with the Stars in 2015.
Biermann was drafted into the NFL in 2008 after attending Montana and played eight seasons, all with the Falcons. He had his most productive year on the field in 2012, when he started 14 games and recorded 36 tackles, three sacks and scoring a touchdown after an interception.
The couple exchanged vows at a lavish $1 million wedding on November 11, 2011 – with the date 11/11/11 – at their Georgia mansion.
