Fans have discovered a hilarious movie mishap in what’s being dubbed the ‘Next Die Hard’ thriller.

An observant TikTok viewer spotted the major flaw in Netflix’s latest action blockbuster, “Carry-On,” which some are describing as the successor to the iconic “Die Hard” franchise.

TikToker @floridafitbrit’s video went viral when he exposed the bizarre glitch involving a baby seemingly changing appearance between scenes.

The video, which has since gone viral, has sparked a wave of amusement and speculation on social media.

His video racked up nearly 100,000 engagements, with viewers gleefully pointing out the film’s unexpected flaw.

“Baby – brown hair with booty socks, blue top with reindeer things, moms have the beige trench coat,” he said in the video.

When the scene changes, he pauses the video and says, “Look at that bald baby, that’s a different baby.” Hairy baby – bald baby.”

“That kid is confused because he wasn’t in the last scene. They don’t even know where the movie is going.”

The TikToker highlighted the mistake and praised the film as their first Christmas movie of the season.

‘I recommend watching Netflix’s new film Carry-On – great fun, especially if you know, like me, that Die Hard IS a Christmas film. Unfortunately, this is our first Christmas movie we watched during the holidays! Gosh, we’re slacking!’

“We did notice this little continuity error and as parents of bald children as babies, we love seeing them!”

The mistake has become a source of amusement, with many viewers sharing their own reactions.

“Netlfix actually said no one would notice,” one user commented.

Some viewers claimed that the main character mysteriously changed his hairstyle mid-scene, with one commenter noting, “He got a haircut on the plane.”

Another chimed in, joking: “He was wearing one [wig] come on.’

“I literally just finished this movie and I didn’t even notice!” another viewer admitted.

Carry-On is a new ’10/10′ thriller from The Shallows director Jaume Collet-Serra, starring Taron Egerton, 35, and Jason Bateman, 55.

In the film, Taron plays a transportation security agent (TSA) who is blackmailed by Jason’s character to smuggle dangerous items aboard a flight on Christmas Eve.

The film, written by TJ Fixman, was originally planned as the first release as part of Netflix’s deal with Steven Spielberg’s production company Amblin, but the film was postponed due to a script rewrite.

Carry-On also stars Sofia Carson, 31, Danielle Deadwyler, 42, and Logan Marshall-Green, 48, and has already received rave reviews from critics.

In his review for The Wrap, William Bibbiani said, “There are about two minutes in it that are as exciting as any action movie this year, and about 100 minutes that are quite fun too.”

Pramit Chatterjee in Digital Media Talkies wrote, ‘Carry-On is the best Christmas movie of the year.’

Speaking to the BBC, Collet said the Bruce Willis classic had inspired the film, adding: “Everyone wants to make the next Die Hard and the reality is no one ever will – it’s a perfect film that doesn’t can be replicated, and also a very specific product of its time.”

“But when I read the script for Carry-On, I felt like I had found a more grounded version of Die Hard – which was our North Star for the whole process – for a new generation.”
