Alexander brothers ‘lured woman from Bumble to a fake party then demonically’ discussed who’d rape her first’
A newly filed civil lawsuit alleges that a celebrity real estate agent, as well as his twin brother and cousin, lured a woman to a New Year’s Eve party, where they took turns raping her.
Oren Alexander, 37, a former broker at Douglas Elliman, and his twin brother Alon are charged with drugging and raping multiple women between 2010 and 2021.
Their older brother Tal, 38, also faces sex trafficking charges over claims he helped lure the women using elaborate parties as “bait,” while their cousin, Ohad Fisherman, faces a sex charge.
The brothers had previously been accused of sexual assault in a number of civil lawsuits, and one filed in the New York State Supreme Court details how they allegedly lured a woman to a Miami apartment for a barbecue – then locked her in a room to lock up and rape. her.
The unidentified accuser claims she met Alon in December 2016 while they were both living in New York City on the dating app Bumble, and that the two had a “brief and casual relationship.”
Later that month, she traveled to Florida to visit family for the holidays, and traveled to Miami with her sisters and friends to celebrate the New Year — unaware at the time that Alon was also in the coastal city, court documents obtained show by DailyMail.com.
It is claimed that Alon ‘used location identification measures and social media’ to discover the woman was in Miami – at which point he allegedly invited her to a barbecue and pool party.
He even included a photo from the “party,” which showed several people apparently enjoying themselves by a luxurious pool.

The 37-year-old brothers are now charged with drugging and raping multiple women between 2010 and 2021.
But when the accuser arrived, she claims she quickly realized she was the only guest in the apartment.
She said within minutes of her arrival, Alon led her to a bedroom, with Oren and Fisherman quickly following behind and locking the door.
“Alon and Oren then became involved in a demonic argument over which brother would be the first to rape Plaintiff,” the suit alleges.
“Oren apparently had the upper hand in that conversation and put on a condom while Alon sat on a chair in the corner and watched.”
At that point, Fisherman allegedly pinned the victim down while Oren raped her, “ignoring the accuser’s tears and begging him to stop.”
Eventually, the victim “instinctively began to pretend to enjoy the rape because she had previously heard that a rapist could stop if the victim pretended to enjoy the rape.”
“It worked,” the lawsuit claims. “Shortly afterwards, Oren stopped and angrily shouted, ‘F**k this,’ as he threw his condom on the floor and stormed out of the bathroom.”
A lawsuit filed in the New York State Supreme Court alleges that their cousin, Ohad Fisherman (pictured), held the victim down while Oren raped her
But apparently it was then Alon’s turn to rape the woman “as she lay there dazed and disoriented.”
The lawsuit goes on to allege that Alon tried to get the plaintiff to also perform sex acts on Fisherman, telling her she had to do so in order to be let out of the room.
But she began “crying uncontrollably and managed to avoid being further assaulted,” the complaint alleges.
Instead, Alon allegedly forced her to take a shower – he accompanied her briefly – before leaving in an Uber “in disbelief, forever changed and afraid of the demonic defendants.”
The behavior of the ‘defendants’ during this orchestrated attack was composed, as if it were just a normal routine in the course of their day, with complete and disregard for a lifetime of trauma, shame [and] emotional turmoil they imposed on the plaintiff,” the lawsuit said.
It also notes that a number of other women have made similar complaints about the brothers, claiming that they “do not regard women as human beings, but rather object to fulfilling their deranged violent desires.”
“Defendants, who were wealthy and demonstrably good looking, could have engaged in all the consensual sex they desired – but that is not what they sought – it was the brutal and violent sexual assault and rape of women,” the indictment said .
The victim is now reportedly suffering from physical injuries, severe psychological and emotional trauma, emotional distress, fear, ridicule, shame and loss of enjoyment of life.
The lawsuit claims her injuries will be “permanent in nature and consequence” as it seeks compensatory and punitive damages, declaratory judgment and costs of attorneys’ fees.

The twin brothers, as well as Fisherman, are now also facing criminal charges for the alleged incident.
Oren is also accused of messaging a woman on Instagram in 2017.
The victim claims she did the same dinner with Oren and a friend a few weeks later, where she claims she was taken to the same Miami Beach apartment where the 2016 claim unfolded and tried on virtual reality goggles.
At that point, the alleged victim said, Oren took off her dress and pushed her into a bedroom before attacking her.
She claimed that weeks later she tried to confront Oren about the assault, but he responded by kissing her and masturbating over her.
When the victim later told her friends what happened, Oren allegedly texted her saying, “Nothing happened. If you keep talking about it, I’ll destroy you.’
In a 2021 incident, a woman also claimed she met Oren at a dinner with a friend before they went to a Miami Beach property. At home, she said Oren poured her a drink and immediately tried to kiss her on the couch.
He led her to the bedroom, she claimed, ripped off her dress and shoes and refused to let her leave. She said she later returned to the bedroom and he assaulted her, according to the warrant.
Tracy Tutor, 48, star of Million Dollar List in Los Angeles, was among 10 women who claimed they were sexually assaulted by the brothers in an expose earlier this year
Since June, the brothers have also been hit with civil lawsuits from at least two women and have been accused of sexual assault by dozens of others in recent years.
A lawsuit filed in March accused Oren and Alon of rape, and a second lawsuit included similar allegations against Tal, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Among their accusers is 48-year-old Tracy Tutor, star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, who, along with nine other women, filed claims of sexual abuse with the New York Times in July.
She claims that in 2014 she shared a drink with Oren at a cocktail party and blacked out before a friend found her in the restaurant bathroom with Oren and pulled her away.
She said she has no idea what happened to her, adding: “Being silent for so long has been damaging on many levels, and now when you remember what happened it feels debilitating.”
The brothers have denied the allegations in the lawsuits, shocking the real estate world, where Tal and Oren were once seen as rising stars.
They were employed by luxury real estate company Douglas Elliman, but struck out on their own in 2022 to start their own company, Official.
However, the brothers have reportedly had to leave their business after key clients dropped them and a wave of staff left.
The twins appeared in court on Tuesday, where a judge ruled that there was a flight risk
All three brothers were arrested Wednesday morning at different properties in Miami, the newspaper reported New York Times.
None of the arrest warrants refer to Tal and the specific allegations that led to his indictment have yet to emerge.
The twins appeared in court on Thursday as Oren begged a Florida judge to release him on bail as his pregnant model wife Kamila Hansen is about to give birth.
But the judge ruled that Oren and Alon’s access to private jets and yachts posed too great a flight risk for them.
Meanwhile, their father, well-known Miami real estate developer Shlomy Alexander, smiled and said he was doing “great” when asked how he was doing after his son’s hearing.
His wife Orly, the boys’ mother, said nothing and stared ahead, petrified.
