No one from the Arkansas state police has been investigated or disciplined in connection with the incident.
Police told CNN that Gaylor reportedly never said he had gasoline in his backpack, nor was there a warning on the outside of his backpack.
It was not clear whether he had a lawyer speaking on his behalf.
