Gypsy Rose Blanchard SETTLES divorce with Ryan Anderson… but there’s a catch
Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson have reportedly settled their divorce.
The duo, who married in 2022 when Gypsy was still in prison for conspiring to kill her mother, have reached a resolution in their divorce, according to them. TMZ.
The agreement still needs to be approved by a judge.
Jeffrey Carrier, Ryan’s attorney, shared on the website that the exes had already decided not to award spousal support, but the division of community property still needs to be worked out.
Carrier explained that the duo had gone through an uncontested divorce as they had been living apart for six months.
The move accelerated the divorce process, allowing them to officially separate before the initially planned date of January 2025.
The exes had only been married for two years, but had yet to enter into several contracts.

Prior to today, Anderson and Blanchard had signed a divorce decree and Carrier’s client had also signed an affidavit confirming the alleged dates.
Carrier also said his client decided not to appear in court to avoid expensive attorney fees.
Blanchard (born Gypsy-Rose Alcida) filed for divorce from Anderson on April 8, shortly after they publicly announced their separation.
After their divorce, she reconnected with her ex-fiancé Ken Uker, and the couple is now expecting their first child together.
Blanchard had announced her divorce from the 37-year-old special education teacher on March 28.
The split occurred just three months after her release from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri, where she had served seven years for her involvement in the conspiracy to kill her mother, Dee Dee.

And then, less than a month later, they decided to tie the knot in a small prison ceremony with no guests.
The pair would eventually call it quits about three months after Blanchard was released from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri in March 2024.
“Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a divorce and I have moved in with my parents,” she shared on Facebook at the time. ‘I have the support of my family and friends to help me get through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself discover… who I am.’
Shortly after revealing her discovery process to find out ‘who I am’, she was seen spending time with Urker, her ex-fiancé.
About four months later, she and Urker would announce that they were expecting their first child together on July 9.
Blanchard rose to prominence when she was convicted of manslaughter in Springfield, Missouri, for the death of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard.
Her death came in the wake of what Blanchard described as a “lifelong physical, mental and medical abuse,” and was ultimately sentenced to ten years in prison.
She was released on parole at the end of December 2023 after serving eight years behind bars.
Given the sensational aspects of Blanchard’s childhood, including her mother forcing her to pretend to be disabled and terminally ill, she received widespread media attention as a Munchausen survivor by proxy.
