Taylor Swift fans are convinced she’s filming a SECOND Eras Tour movie

Taylor Swift fans are abuzz with speculation that the singer is filming a second Eras Tour movie.

As she kicked off her final set of shows of the Eras Tour in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on Friday, the Mirrorball hitmaker was actively filmed by a two-person camera crew.

The cameras followed the singer around the stage as she performed different eras and belted out some of her most popular hits. Other eagle-eyed fans social media noted that the camera track next to the stage was longer than normal, allowing more angles to be captured.

Devoted Swifties were immediately convinced that the Lover singer was filming a second tour film or documentary, as the camera crew filmed in the same manner as for the original Eras Tour film.

Swift secretly filmed the concert film during her series of shows in Los Angeles in August 2023 – the film was released two months later on October 13.

The film holds the record as the highest-grossing concert film of all time, grossing over $261 million worldwide.

Taylor Swift and her team have yet to confirm if another film project is in the works. Nevertheless, fans are almost certain that the blonde beauty – who is known for her Easter eggs and surprises – has a secret sequel in store.

Fans are justifying their claims with rumors that Swift could be filming again to include the newly added songs to the setlist of her eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, which was released in April.

Some also started working on it X (formerly Twitter) to share their theories that the new footage could provide a more complete picture of her historic tour, possibly including the international venue and updated setlists.

One fan wrote under the post, which features a crew with Swift on stage: “I hope she releases the eras movie part two. I like to spend my money on that.’

Last October, the singer was criticized for pricing each cinema ticket for the Eras tour film at $19.89 – her year of birth.

“Eras tour pt2 coming soon everyone moving,” wrote another.

A user named @readyforitom said, “the eras tour ttpd version coming to theaters YEPPP.”

Referring to Swift’s frequent album releases, one wrote: “eras tour (extended version) (includes ttpd) LFGGGGGGG.”

“Please let it be era’s tour 2 or documentary,” another begged.

“It’s another documentary,” someone added.

“This moment is about to become iconic, stay tuned,” wrote @virtualdiaryy_.

The Eras Tour kicked off last March 17 in Glendale, Arizona, and raised more than $1.04 billion, making it the highest-grossing tour in history, according to AP.

Swift will wrap up the Eras Tour in Vancouver, Canada on December 8.

During her stops on the Eras Tour, the August singer played four surprise songs – which changed with each show – on piano and acoustic guitar.

And she played almost every record in her discography of more than 300 songs that she has performed during her twenty-year career as a recording artist.

Last week, the London-based So Long singer revealed how she managed to fit into her newly released Eras Tour Book in The Tortured Poets Department’s set ‘halfway through’ her Eras Tour.

The 34-year-old megastar was candid about deploying dazzling new ensembles and daring choreography for the remaining 70+ stops on her concert tour at the time.

“We conceived and rehearsed it in secret, and surprised the Parisian audience with it when we started our European leg of the tour,” she wrote in the 256-page picture book.

The Blank Space hitmaker also said she wanted to keep a “minimalist, white, clean and bold” theme for the TTPD set, a stark contrast to the rest of her colorful set.

“There was nothing else on the show like it, and it was such an exciting challenge to try to improve on a show I already loved,” she added.

The Eras Tour Book was released last week exclusively at Target for $39.99.

Describing the set’s visuals and props, she said she wanted to “create the illusion of an alien abduction, a battle scene, a religious institution, a mental institution, a haunted house and a showgirl’s dressing room routine.”

The 14-time GRAMMY winner nailed the feat, claiming the addition was “damn ambitious” but calling it “the most dramatic, cathartic, female-driven part of the evening.”

She previously revealed that the book will include never-before-seen photos from more than 100 shows, as well as the chance for fans to own The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology on vinyl and CD.

The 1 singer also described the hot item as the ‘official look back at the most beautiful tour of her life.’

She also sparked rumors of a possible twelfth album and a new tour with the last line in the Eras Tour Book: ‘See you next era.’

Swift shocked fans in February when she announced her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards, taking the stage to accept the awards for Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year for Midnights.

TTPD and its deluxe version, The Anthology, were released on April 19 and are speculated to chronicle heartbreaking moments from her failed relationships with exes Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy with the big hits ‘Peter’, ‘loml’, ‘So Long , London’ and ‘The smallest man who ever lived.’

The Tennessee native also gave fans a glimpse into her current relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce with the songs “So High School” and “The Alchemy.”

Just days after the record hit streaming platforms, the five-foot-tall beauty teased that some songs would make their way onto the impressive 44-song setlist.
