Molly Sims, 51, poses in a nude bikini in Mexico as she reveals her recent diet ‘obsession’ that keeps her a size 2
Molly Sims posed in a nude bikini while in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico last week.
The Vegas actress, 51, looked sensational as she managed to stay a size 2 after becoming a mother of three.
Taking to her Insta Stories, the blonde revealed what one of her diet hacks is as she shared a look at her latest ‘obsession’.
It turns out she’s been taking Armra’s colostrum, which she promises has reduced bloating and curbed her sweet cravings.
Molly said: ‘It has helped reduce my bloating. I honestly don’t crave sugar as much since I started using it, so I don’t have much of a candy craving.
“When I travel, like here in Cabo, I usually have difficulty with digestion and this has made a big difference.” She then noted that she felt “lighter overall.”
The product claims to be an ‘immune barrier support with vine watermelon’. Sims show off the jar with the “Physician Founded and Research Supported” stamp.

She previously modeled a tangerine two-piece that showed off her washboard abs and ample cleavage.
The beauty – whose father passed away in October – accessorized with a pair of aviator sunglasses and some gold accessories.
The mum-of-three opted for a minimal make-up look as she headed out to soak up the sun. “Someone got some sun (and a spray tan),” she wrote in the caption.
Another photo captured her tanned legs as she lounged by her pool, overlooking the ocean.
The star also shared a glimpse of her holiday wardrobe, including a white lace mini dress that showed off her long legs.
There were also photos of the cocktails that kept her cool in the heat, and the incredible views from her luxury holiday villa.
She later took to her Stories to share some family photos as she enjoyed some downtime with her husband Scott Stuber, 55, and their children Gray, 7, Scarlett, 9, and Brooks, 11.
“Dinner with my buds tonight,” Molly captioned an adorable image of all three of her kids as they hugged.

It was followed by a photo of Molly and Scott sitting together on their date night.
She captioned the photo with a kiss and a red heart emoji.
The couple has been married since 2011.
Her million followers were thrilled with the bikini pictures, with one writing: ’51 looks so good on you.’
“Still looking good as always,” another added.
“You look great.”
‘Timeless beauty!’ someone else chimed in with the fire emoji.
Even on vacation, Molly found time for a brain teaser. She said that doing the puzzles kept her busy early in the morning.
“When you can’t sleep in, you start doing puzzles before everyone wakes up,” the star captioned a photo that showed off her puzzle and the beautiful ocean backdrop.
She also made time for fitness and did a workout during her vacation.

In April, Molly revealed she had ‘pretty much’ starved herself after being told she was ‘too fat’ during her early days as a model.
She entered the profession in the 1990s, during the “heroin chic” era defined by supermodels like Kate Moss and Gia Carangi.
After dropping out of college, Molly ventured into the fashion industry but was admonished for her weight and her ‘crooked’ nose.
Because she had grown up in Kentucky, where “all they did was cook,” she began to restrict her eating until she “got pretty skinny, too skinny.”
She made the candid comments in an episode of the podcast Getting grilled with Curtis Stone.
Molly became a star in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in the early 2000s, but her journey to success was far from smooth.
One of the first problems she encountered in the 1990s was being criticized for what she described as her “very” crooked nose.

Photographers kept asking her to move “a little” left or right, and when she finally asked, “Is something wrong?” she was told: ‘Your nose is crooked. You’re not symmetrical.’
As her career progressed, the 6-foot beauty was criticized for being “too fat, too big, too blonde, too dark.” I mean, it was definitely a stressful time, which I think, you know, in terms of, you know, eating, it became very difficult.”
Molly noted that she grew up in a “very Southern” family with a mother and aunts who gave her meals like grits and chicken, plus desserts like cakes and pies.
When she became a model, she had a hard time making the “transition” in her diet “because I never really thought about food.”
Today, the owner of YSE Beauty is known for promoting the benefits of a healthy and balanced diet and has joined a list of stars who have launched their own Erewhon smoothie.
