Nick Cannon talks Thanksgiving plans as a father of 12: ‘I’m a busy man’
Nick Cannon has opened up about his Thanksgiving plans as the father of 11 young children with six wives.
The 44-year-old media personality joined in the conversation People prior to the holidays when he volunteered at an LA Mission charity event in downtown Los Angeles.
He told the outlet, “It’s very complicated. I’m busy on Thanksgiving,” adding that he has “a lot of dinners” he “needs to go to.”
About the holiday menu, the Drumline actor added, “I’m full at the end of the day, but everyone specializes in certain things.”
“Some people got good sweet potato pie, some people got great fried turkey,” he explained.
“So I know every house should have the things I really like,” Nick emphasized.

The former Nickelodeon star has three-year-old twins Zion and Zillion, plus daughter Beautiful, two, with Abby De La Rosa.
He shares son Legendary, two, with Bre Tiesi and daughter Onyx, two, with LaNisha Cole.
Cannon is also father to two children with Alyssa Scott — son Zen, who died of brain cancer at five months old in December 2021, and daughter Halo, two, on December 14.
Other celebrity volunteers at Wednesday’s give-back event included Joe Manganiello and Tom Sandoval.
The group served more than 4,000 free meals per person.
In addition, more than 2,000 items of clothing were donated, as well as haircuts, manicures and pedicures.

Nick told the outlet that his giving spirit comes from his grandmother, who taught him that “to whom much is given, much is required.”
He emphasized, “The best part of any holiday is being able to be of service. And that’s what I think life is really all about.
“If you can get to a space where you have more joy in serving and doing for others, then I think you reach the pinnacle of what life is all about.”
Tiesi, who stars in the Netflix series Selling Sunset, previously praised the TV presenter for being a “good and present” father who is able to balance the needs of everyone in his brood.
And despite his busy schedule, she said he makes time to be with everyone.
