She shared that “although I don’t like it when one comment of mine turns into 17 articles in People magazine, I never think too much about what I post. It should be a true representation of how I feel. And I would say that whether I had 100 followers or 100 million.’

Lili had ‘fun’ attending the 2021 Met Gala on her birthday, but said ‘having gone again this year, I don’t think I’ll be invited back’ – although she didn’t make it onto the red carpet this year seen event.

When she borrowed the dress from Ripley’s Believe It Or Not!, Kim was shocked to discover that she couldn’t fit her world-famous curves into it.

“When it didn’t suit me, I wanted to cry because it can’t be changed at all,” she said Fashion around the time of the Met Gala in May.

“I looked at them and I said give me three weeks, and I had to lose 16 pounds [to] today to be able to fit this. It was such a challenge, it was like a role. I was determined to fit in. I don’t think they believed I would do it, but I did.’

To achieve her goal, she would “wear a sauna suit twice a day, run on the treadmill, cut out all sugar and all carbohydrates completely, and just eat the cleanest vegetables and proteins.” I didn’t starve myself, but I was so strict.’

Lili exploded during the interview, launching her Insta Stories and posting a blistering diatribe in which she attacked Kim for the example she set.

“To walk the red carpet and do an interview where you say you’re starving because you haven’t eaten carbs in the past month… all to fit into a damn dress?” she cooked.

‘So wrong. So f***ed on hundreds of levels. To openly admit that you starved yourself for the sake of the Met Gala. While you well knew that millions of young men and women look up to you and listen to you,” Lili wrote.

“The ignorance is alien and disgusting,” she continued. “Please stop supporting these stupid, harmful celebrities whose entire image revolves around their bodies.”

Commenting on the fury about her weight, the reality star said: “I really wanted to wear this dress. It was very important to me.’

She said: ‘It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health and since then, I’ve continued to eat very healthy. I’m 21 pounds off now.’

Kim assured her audience, “I’m not trying to lose weight anymore, but I have more energy than ever. I left out so much sugar, a lot of junk food that I was eating – I didn’t even realize it. Lots of fried foods. And I completely changed my lifestyle.’

She also denied allegations that she damaged the Marilyn dress, noting that Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! took her side in this matter.

“Kim Kardashian wearing the ‘Happy Birthday’ dress has been hotly disputed, but the fact remains that she did not damage the garment in any way in the short time it was worn at the Met Gala,” Ripley’s said.

The allegations were based largely on photos of the affected dress that had surfaced online, but Ripley’s defended Kim by citing a 2017 report that noted that “some seams have been pulled and worn.”
