Bama Rush star reveals she’s involved in shocking love triangle after being cheated on by mystery boyfriend

An influencer who spent nearly $100,000 to be part of an elite sorority at the University of Alabama revealed that she unintentionally found herself in the middle of a love triangle after being cheated on by her boyfriend.

TikToker Kylan Darnell took to TikTok to tell her 1.1 million followers that she was “angry” at fellow TikToker Grace Hale, who claimed her ex-boyfriend cheated on her with Darnell.

Darnell’s followers said they were ‘heartbroken’ for the influencer as she only revealed she had a boyfriend a month ago, and the relationship exploded when she traveled to Texas to visit him.

In a video shared at the start of the trip on November 23, she said: ‘We started talking about June of this summer, we started dating in September… we’re still in our honeymoon phase.’

A day later, Hale posted a cryptic video saying her ex-boyfriend cheated on her with a “famous TikToker,” and in September he was told he was “getting a famous new girlfriend.”

Although she didn’t mention Darnell in her clip, fans pieced it together as she parodied Darnell’s catchphrase — “a great day, not a good day” — by opening her video “today is a terrible day, not just a bad day.”

Darnell responded by dumping her boyfriend while visiting him in Texas, saying “well, that trip was shorter than planned!”

“Girl I didn’t know you existed,” she captioned the video.

Darnell first rose to fame by winning Miss Ohio Teen USA in 2022, the year she joined the University of Alabama.

She then documented how she “rushed” a sorority at school, with many comparing her videos to the previous year’s docuseries “Bama Rush.”

Fans were shocked when Darnell said she had a boyfriend in November, and she revealed she found out about his infidelity while having dinner with him in Texas.

She claimed in a TikTok from the plane home that Hale knew about her “the whole time,” then posted a video about it going viral.”

“But she blocked you and your sister so you couldn’t see it, so you find out because it shows up on your mom’s FYP. She didn’t even like to send me a private message, she just said, ‘Wham’.”

Darnell declined to name the boyfriend or Hale, only referring to her as “that girl,” and claimed Hale never messaged her before releasing her TikTok.

Hale also released a TikTok clarifying her side of the story and urging her followers to contact Darnell before unveiling her first video.

In a response video, Darnell said she had known her ex-boyfriend since high school, and claimed Hale lied in her TikTok by claiming to have been with him.

“I don’t think she did what she did with the right intention, and her story is a bit confused,” she said.

“They were never together,” she added. “I know she says that.”

Darnell brought up text messages sent to her by a friend of Hale’s, telling her the video was because she “just wanted some followers.”

The student insisted she is no longer in touch with the mystery ex-boyfriend, but continued her tirade against Hale in a follow-up video.

“I’m not validating him in any way,” she continued. “I’m just saying don’t go on the internet and act like you’re a victim, act like I ruined your relationship at home while I was talking to him the whole time, first thing.

“And then go on to say you went on a date, when there are texts from someone very close to you saying you didn’t, and that you only did it for followers.”

The influencer concluded her video broadcast by saying that there was more to the story, but that the drama was “podcast worthy” and that she was saving it for an episode, and that she didn’t want to “give it all up now.”
