The famed facialist behind Pip Edwards and Bambi Northwood Blyth’s glowing youthful complexions has revealed the five budget products she swears by.

The former Los Angeles beauty guru, who boasts a star-studded clientele, praised the Sukin and Palmers brands for their skin-friendly products at an affordable price.

While she encourages customers to save and spend money on retinol and vitamin C, there are a number of products that will work effectively without the hefty price tag.

“The most important part of summer beauty at any age is sun protection: it’s always best to look for zinc or titanium oxide-based coverage and reapply it often,” Indrid told FEMAIL.

‘I love Sukin tinted sunscreen. It has a broad spectrum SPF30 and most importantly all natural physical zinc based coverage that actually looks smooth and flawless.

“Comparable to more expensive brands that boast a natural formula under $20, it’s a great buy.”

Her second recommendation is an exfoliator to wipe off a buildup of oil, bacteria and dirt.

An inexpensive, enzyme-based exfoliant from Palmers called the Purifying Enzyme Mask is half the price of most department store brands and will definitely do the trick.

“The enzyme mask uses papaya enzyme, which is a natural way to chemically dissolve dead skin cells without spending too much money,” said Ingrid.

To help lock in moisture in the skin as summer approaches, Ingrid recommends using a moisturizer with hemp seed oil for its anti-inflammatory properties.

My favorite body product this summer is Freshwater Farm Hemp Seed Body Wash to add a little oil to the shower routine to seal in the gentle skin vibrations. Great for saving time and money,” she said.

For serums that pack a punch — on a budget — Ingrid can’t go past The Ordinary with niacinamide and zinc.

These two active ingredients will enhance your skin’s natural defenses against UV radiation.

‘Inexpensive and easy to use. A great alternative to save pennies,” she said.

Last but not least, Ingrid insists not to forget your lips this summer.
