Despite the setback, Dorit says she and PK have now entered an “amicable” phase of their divorce after focusing on their “communication.”

And the topic of divorce is yet to be discussed by the duo.

“We are navigating this period,” she said. “I really hope that no matter where we go – I think when we eventually get back together – there’s a lot of work to be done.

“You don’t get to this place and just want to jump back in the saddle without having put in the work that you know is necessary to enjoy the marriage and have the communication that you really need,” she added.

She also believes a reconciliation is “possible.”

Dorit believes that space can be “healthy” because it offers the couple the opportunity to “reflect” and do the inner work necessary to benefit the marriage.

“PK and I have agreed to part ways,” Dorit shared during a chat with Erika Jayne, prompting the latter to break down in tears over the news and hug her. “It’s sad and difficult,” Dorit continued. “It’s no secret that we’ve had some very difficult years.”

She also admitted that the couple had stopped having sex.

She said PK has “always” been a drinker.

Dorit — who announced her divorce from PK in May after nine years of marriage — said she told PK to “dry out.”

When Erika asked what happened to change that, Dorit said it wasn’t just “one thing.”

‘[There] was not a catastrophic event. No one cheated on anyone,” she explained.

“A week ago there was a moment and it was about nothing, and one thing led to another, and we sat down as two very mature adults who love and care about each other, and mutually decided that taking some space and saying goodbye is the best option. the best for us.’

‘We take it day by day, but we are separated. There is no time for it, but there is work to be done,” she added.
