NFL legend Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson admits he used gross trick to avoid injuries in his career
Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson has revealed his trick to staying largely healthy during his NFL career: He uses urine to treat his injuries.
The unique way of treating ailments was first discussed by Johnson in 2016, with some seeing it as a joke.
Years later, Johnson has confirmed that he used his own liquid feces and the liquid feces of his teammates to stay off the injured list.
Johnson said eight years ago that he would “collect warm urine from my teammates, warm it up and put my ankle in it for 30 minutes” to treat ankle sprains in a disgusting and specific way.
“Yes, that worked,” Johnson admitted on the radio last week ‘7pm Brooklyn’ podcast. “That’s how I was able to collect it all at once, right? You have team meetings tomorrow morning, right?’
”Everyone, hey everyone, boy, do me a favor, boy. My ankle is a little messed up, I want you all to drink water at the same time. So when we break up the meeting “If you all pee, it’s a bucket in the bathroom.” Tree. You all pee in that bucket for me.”

Johnson is one of the best wide receivers of the 21st century, regardless of his urine use
Johnson’s teammates apparently had no trouble getting their Johnsons out to help one of the best wide receivers of this century.
The unconventional tactic definitely doesn’t appear to be the work of medical professionals or the team doctors of the Bengals, where he spent 10 of his 11 NFL seasons.
In his other year in New England, he saw limited action, despite the Patriots being one of the best teams in football.
It is also unknown whether Johnson used urine to his advantage during the jump to the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League.
Johnson has remained relevant as a podcast host since his retirement and currently appears on “Nightcap” alongside fellow NFL legend Shannon Sharpe.
