‘She received her letter from the king to celebrate her centenary, last night she rested in peace. RIP,” she continued alongside a pink love heart emoji.
The sad news comes after Naomi lost another grandparent earlier this year.
In August, Naomi told us how she did that ‘nanna’ Nikki Roberts had died three weeks after suffering a stroke.
She also paid tribute to her ‘no-nonsense’ grandmother in a lengthy tribute.
She told how her grandmother had lived until her 99th birthday after a stroke, achieving her goal: one last party with all her relatives.
Naomi shared a photo of four generations of her family, praising her grandmother’s lasting legacy and admitting it’s an emotional time for her family.

“My sweet Nanna has left this world, but her spirit will never leave us,” the Mulholland Drive star began the touching post.
“I am truly blessed to have had the most wonderful relationship with her. She is such a big part of who I am: her core values, her work ethic and her mischievous humor and zest for life.”
“My mother and aunts are all devastated today, but we know what a wonderful life she had,” Naomi continued.
“She just kept going because she loved her life and her family. She lived for three weeks after a massive stroke because, in beast mode, she showed us that when she was finally ready to “pin it, she would pin it.”
‘She had one more goal to achieve. Her 99th birthday!! Another party. Another family gathering.”

“I will never forget her wicked laugh, her feisty spirit, her no-nonsense attitude, her ‘no waste’ policy,” she exclaimed.
‘She would cut the mold off the bread and cheese: ‘You don’t need an expiration date, there’s a nose for that! May her stories and memories live on.”
The post received a huge outpouring of support, as her famous friends and fans all sent their condolences.
