The Love Island presenter, 30, donned a skimpy black crop top and skintight leggings to work up a sweat and shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram Stories.

Maya went makeup-free and showed off her flawless complexion as she wore her brunette locks down and beamed for the camera.

She joked that she “almost passed out” after returning to her workout routine after a nearly month-long break.

‘I have created such a beautiful life for myself alone and I don’t want anyone who is not going to add anything to it. I’m in this beautiful bubble and I don’t want you unless you make me happy. If you’re not, I don’t really need you.

Sharing her advice, she continued, “One thing I’ve learned is that some people say, ‘I’m lonely, I need someone.’ But the mission in life is to make yourself happy and then find someone who brings something that matches that.’
