Kay Manuel is on the warpath after I unravelled her web of deception. Here’s why she should be thanking me, writes LUCY MANLY

Oh, Kay, where do we start?

It was a roller coaster ride watching your promotional sex stunt with high school graduates fall apart so spectacularly – less than 24 hours after you boasted to the press you had slept with 75 teenagers.

From promoting yourself on a billboard near the glitter strip (that couldn’t have been cheap!) to getting kicked off OnlyFans a few days later and outright denial rumors that you were transgender (rumors that were of course true)it’s fair to say that your Schoolies’ ‘stunt’ didn’t exactly go to plan.

Last Sunday you and I sat down for a pleasant personal interview in Surfers Paradise to discuss a wide range of topics including the gossip about your gender.

When you were asked if it was true that you were born a man, you denied it and said, “I think it’s because I have a deep voice.” Then you told me that if you were trans, you wouldn’t hide it.

When I presented you with photos from an old Facebook account of a young man who online sleuths claimed was you in a past life, you laughed off the similarity as mere coincidence.

Transgender adult content creator Kay Manuel departed the Gold Coast airport yesterday after a controversial week at Schoolies

“We look a lot alike, but no, I’m not… and no, I’m not transgender.”

After our interview we exchanged texts in which I made it clear that my questions had nothing to do with the fact that you are transgender – which is of course fine – but with the fact that you are transparent with the men you have sex with for the camera..

And remember, you said during our interview, “If I were trans, of course I would communicate that to the men I film with.”

But in the days that followed you changed course. Your gender was ‘really no one’s business’. Well, what is it, Kay? Is it important to make this public, or is that no one’s business?

Then you told your local newspaper: the Gold Coast Bulletin, that you were indeed transgender, but “I shouldn’t have revealed it this year because I didn’t film with anyone.”

Well, that’s lucky! I think your earlier boast about the body count was just part of your plan.

You also stated that all parties involved in your Schoolies escapades last year were informed about your gender transition. That’s great. I wish you had been that honest with me.

By being reserved about your past this year, you have become entangled in your own story. You’ve been kicked off OnlyFans and are being called out by your online followers.

Maybe they felt misled?

I was on a flight back to Sydney this morning when I heard that you had told your side of the story on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

When discussing your controversies this past week, you claimed that I had “exposed” you and that my questions about your gender assigned at birth were “disgusting.”

Look, it seems like you don’t like me that much, and that’s fine. But now that your Schoolies stunt is over, I think you really should thank you me.

It may be a little before your time, but in the early 2000s there was a British reality TV show called There’s Something About Miriam, in which single young men vied for the affections of Mexican stunner Miriam Rivera.

What her suitors didn’t realize was that the glamorous star of the show had a secret. In the last episode, Ms. Rivera confessed that she was a transgender woman.

I don’t want to spoil the ending for you, but suffice it to say, it didn’t end well.

The participants filed a lawsuit against the production company, accusing them of conspiracy to commit assault, defamation, breach of contract and personal injury, citing the psychological and emotional damage the filming had caused them.

Kay was seen at the airport in a tight beige bodysuit, which she later wore during her studio appearance with Kyle and Jackie O.

Now you say you never slept with Schoolies this year, and I’m not suggesting otherwise, but – my God – imagine if you had, and not revealed to them that you were trans.

Imagine the consequences you could face.

Imagine a dozen or more shattered teenage boys with wealthy parents teaming up for a class action lawsuit, with plenty of cash in their coffers to sue you for pain, suffering, and shame.

Teenage boys can be cruel. Imagine if one of your film partners found out about your sex change after sleeping with you and being bullied mercilessly by his friends?

Maybe it’s time to thank the media – and me in particular – for calling out your silly sexcapade. Maybe you shouldn’t go on the radio and accuse us of transphobia and ‘speak out’.

I’m sure you’ll come back from this, Kay. There are plenty of other subscription-based platforms on which you can sell your wares.

It’s just a shame because OnlyFans is The world’s largest marketplace for transgender creators.
