Dancing with the Stars’ Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Bella have had their restraining orders dismissed and their divorce finalized.
According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, a stipulation and order dismissing temporary restraining orders was filed in Napa County District Court on November 19.
Ahead of their two-day hearing, which began on December 5, the estranged couple, who share a four-year-old son named Matteo, attended a mediation on November 8, resulting in “the memorization of a global settlement of all issues in this dissolution of the world ‘. Marriage promotion.’
Both parties’ temporary restraining orders issued on September 30 (for Nikki) and October 3 (for Artem) will “immediately terminate and will no longer have any force or effect,” the documents said.

On October 16, a judge ruled that the couple will share custody of their son Matteo, TMZ reported citing court documents, more than a month after Garcia filed for divorce.
